Good evening! So nice to be back and crafting again - and joining in with the Unity Stamp Company Hip Hop! There is another fun release this evening, and I had tons of fun playing with it all! I'm sharing a card, and one of the first Quick Tip videos I've made in a while - was fun to get back into that groove as well! I made this card thinking it would be a good birthday card - then my daughter looked at it and said "what a pretty wedding card!" - hadn't even thought of that at first, but now I realize how perfect it would be for that as well!
Here is the video on how I attached that tiny star confetti to the background:
I kept the image pretty simple on this card. I used watercolors to just color AROUND the image, and left the image white. Love how this made it just pop! Let it hang over the edge of the card, trimmed off the extra, tucked half a doily underneath, then added those stars. The bonus is that this would be a flat and easy to mail card as well!
Yesterday was Angela's birthday - so there are big sales to celebrate - as well as a gift for YOU!!!
The prize has changed slightly this week - shaking things up for the new year. There is no link up this week - but make sure and check out the Unity Show and Tell page, as Unity is going to start doing more fun things there! But don't forget to leave comments on the DT blogs as there are still going to be two winners of a Unity Prize pack!
Here are links to the rest of the DT - and links to the supplies I used on my card if you're interested! Thanks for stopping by - have a wonderful day!!!
