Good morning! Stopping by today for the monthly Reverse Confetti blog hop! This is a non-release month, so instead of showcasing new products, we are sharing projects using already released items - and there is a chance to win a $15 gift card to Reverse Confetti - check out the Reverse Confetti Blog for details on how to win!
Today I layered up lots of fun Reverse Confetti Pattern Paper to create this happy card:
I started off die cutting the fabulous Stitched Rays Cover Panel from two different pattern papers in the Cue the Confetti 6x6 Paper Pad. I then used scissors to selectively trim out most of the rays in the yellow panel (following the stitched lines as a guide), then adhered that over the top of the yellow one. I trimmed that panel a bit smaller than my cardbase so that I could see a white border around the sides.
I added a white circle die cut using the smallest die in Circles N' Scallops, and a heart die cut using XOXO Hearts and some more of the same pattern paper pad. I adhered that with liquid adhesive in the center only, which allows the sides to curl up. Finished off with a heat embossed sentiment from Mod Floral Stack Stamp Set on a strip of Midnight cardstock!
