Good morning! Yesterday I went live on my YouTube channel using a few items from the You Are My Favorite Release from Simon Says Stamp, and mixing and matching some different items. I combined two different floral sets - one die and one embossing folder - and also used a frame die and stencil two ways on my card front. And don't even get me started on that fabulous sparkly details that I was able to add with something new to me!

I started off by die cutting a frame from a piece of acetate using Petal Tipped Labels die. I then used both the positive and negative as a mask, first blending a bit of soft yellow ink on my cardbases, then using the Delicate Lattice stencil with a deeper yellow to add texture in a darker shade. Before removing the masks, I added some sparkle with the new-to-me Cinderella's Shoes Picket Fence Paper Splatter. It is SOOO sparkly and pretty! I did some die cutting and ink blending (you can watch the videos for details) using Fantastic Florals embossing folder and dies, Poised Primula dies, and Exquisite Butterfly die and finished assembling the cards. Added sentiments from Flowering Frame, heat embossed in white on black cardstock, a few sparkly Dazzling Gems in Prism, a bit of Iridescent Cord, and a rounded corner on each card to finish off!
