Sakura Blessings - Pinkfresh Studio Craft Along Card

Good morning! Last year we started something new at Pinkfresh called Craft Along - we just finished the May Craft Along last night, and registration is now open for the next one! What is Craft Along? Well, it's basically a mini event, that is far more affordable and flexible for those who want community, crafting, and connection, but perhaps want the flexibility to use what they already have, or purchase a smaller bundle at a discount. We include alternatives to our chosen sets to give you all the options, and some previous month's attendees even came up with other fabulous options! You can always check out all our event options HERE for more info.

The event is through a private Zoom link - so you are able to chat, ask questions, and we can even see your lovely faces if you wish! You are (of course!) welcome to leave your camera off, and your sound muted as well if you are more comfortable with that. It has been so fun to be able to see some of your lovely faces as you crafted as well.

Since this was part of that event, I'm not going to share any details of how I created it - but I wanted to share some photos, and I've included a supply list at the bottom as well. I really love this card I created for the May Craft Along - and can't wait to share my June one with you all as well! We also have a bundle of supplies, so you can choose to use what you already own, or grab the bundle at a discount if you wish. The additional essentials we used are also available at a 10% discount (use code JUN24CA) if you don't have those in your stash and want to grab them - I've linked them below as well! We hope you will join us in the new year for this fun adventure and event! You can find all the details HERE for registering for the event, as well as the Bundle 1 HERE and Bundle 2 HERE at a discount if you don't have the product or something similar you'd like to create with.

Strawberry Pattern Paper Birthday Card Duo - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Last month I shared a couple of cards featuring pattern paper and a sentiment stamp from Simon Says stamp that is swiftly becoming a favorite! Stopping by today to share a couple more birthday cards I made recently, the same sentiment stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp - paired up with more happy pattern paper!

I started off with two pieces of pattern paper from Pinkfresh Lovely Blooms 6x6 paper pad. I trimmed the strawberry background to an A2 size, then cut it diagonally in half to make it easy to split between the two cards. I trimmed the plaid paper to an A2 width, then trimmed angled strips to tuck behind the berry paper to add some contrast, but not waste any more of the paper than needed. Then it was time to add some fun sentiments! I used the newer Birthday Basics stamp set with the coordinating dies for the main sentiment, popped up on foam adhesive of course. And then used an older set called Tiny Words Birthday for the secondary sentiments. Finished off with a few Iridescent Clear Drops for a touch of sparkle! Here are more photos of these cards:

You Are Awesome - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! I have a card to share with you using a mix of a few somewhat newer supplies from Simon Says Stamp - mixing a stencil and sentiment set together for an easy card!

I actually had stenciled out this panel back in February when the Mosaic Tulips layering stencils released - but for some reason, it had never made it onto a card. Thanks to a sentiment I already had stamped out and die cut, and one of the reverse sentiment strips - this card came together very quickly. Nice when the work is done in advance! I used a strip of white paper to set of the sentiments, and added a few Lilac Dazzling Gems to finish it off. Here are more photos of the finished card:

Cupcake Layer Birthday Cards - Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest June 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit -  Sweet Birthday! This month's kit has some fantastic sweet birthday images and sentiments! The included stamp set by the same name features cupcakes and macarons and lots of fun sentiments. There is also a coordinating die, fun embossing folderlovely pattern paper, birthday sentiment die...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelope, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

These cards are all about that lovely pattern paper - and of course, the texture from the embossing folder. And...the cupcakes - they are pretty fun too! I started off by using the embossing folder in the kit on white pattern paper to adhere to the card front. I then grabbed a few different pattern papers, trimmed them to slightly different sizes, and adhered them together in wonky angles, curling up the edges for dimension. The cupcakes and sentiment were heat embossed in gold, then I die cut the cupcakes and used a bit of leftover ink in my blending brushes to add a hint of color to each piece. Added them both to the card, and finished off with a sprinkle of Iridescent clear drops! Here are more photos of these finished cards:

Sweet Birthday Macarons - Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

There is also a coordinating die, fun embossing folder, lovely pattern paper, birthday sentiment die...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelope, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

After some time I've been fortunate to visit Paris, I absolutely adore macarons! So when I saw that image on the stamp set, I knew that would be the first thing I would feature on a card! I stamped them on some of the lovely Pinkfresh Picture Perfect pattern paper in the kit, using some of the smaller and more simple patterns. I then cut each one out with the coordinating dies, and chose some more coordinating paper to add to the side of my cardbase, before stacking up the macarons along the side. I stamped a simple sentiment from the stamp set, added some sparkly Stickles along the center of each macaron, and then finished off with a few Iridescent Clear Drops for added sparkle. Here are more photos of this card:

Vines and Roses washi cards - Pinkfresh Create and Take It Cards for SSS Create

Good morning! I'm popping in to share a couple cards that I created for the Pinkfresh Create and Take it table at Simon Says Stamp Create today! If you happen to be coming - I hope you come see Lea and I, and create one of these cards to take home with you!

I used the lovely Vines and Roses washi tape, paired up with the Stitched Scallop Square die. The die is cut from white cardstock for a bit of added dimension and texture, but still keeping these cards light and bright, which helps that washi to just SHINE! Added a sentiment from the coordinating stamp set, cut out with the coordinating die that also works on the washi tape. A few Glacier jewels finish these cards off - because of the rainbow colors of this washi, any bling will work, and you will have an assortment to choose from at our table today! Here are more photos of these cards:

Baby Card Set - Pretty Pink Posh May Release Blog Hop Day 1

Good morning! I'm so excited today to be joining Day 1 of the release blog hop for the May Pretty Pink Posh release. There are lots of baby items included in this release, and I was super excited to play with all the cuteness included! Keep reading for more details on my cards, as well as hop and giveaway info at the bottom!

I needed to build my stash of baby cards a bit, so I was delighted to be able to put together a set of cards using a few of the new items, and a couple older items that paired up perfectly with them!

I started off with the new Onesie Shaker die, and cut the stitched version from several different Pinkfresh pattern papers. I then cut the tiny pattern paper hearts and stars from the same die set from alternating colors of the same pattern paper to pop up with foam adhesive on the front of each one. I die cut the second largest of the new Eyelet Squares die from white cardstock, and added sentiments at the top on each on from the new Sentiment Strips: Occasions stamp set. Then for each card, I created a background on Cream colored cardstock with the previously released Pierced Hearts and Pierced Stars coverplate dies. I layered everything up, with foam adhesive between layers, adding some texture with some jute string tied around the eyelet squares. I then finished off with a sprinkle of coordinating jewels in Raspberry, Watermelon, Cornflower, and Marigold. Here are lots of photos of these finished cards:
