Sweet Gingerbread Christmas - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

Good morning! I am still having fun with the NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp - and today's card really captures the theme of this release as well! Lots of die cutting and colored cardstock make this card feel nice and sweet!

I started off by die cutting the lovely new Iced Cookies die from Kraft cardstock, and white cardstock for the frosting layer. I blended a touch of Cocoa ink on the kraft layer (even though it doesn't show very well in the photos!), then attached the white layer using a glue pen, and repeated it all so I had two of each - even though I didn't use every single one on this card. I pulled out Dark Chocolate, Burnt Orange, Ivory, and some white cardstock, and set about creating the layers. I used Lacy Point Frames as well as A2 Rectangles and More A2 Rectangles, and also trimmed some thin strips of the Burnt Orange cardstock for the Ivory cardbase background. I used a mix of foam and adhesive tape to adhere things down for a mix of dimension. I stamped a sentiment from the perfectly paired Gingerbread Joy stamp, die cut the coordinating die, and popped that up in the center with foam. Finished off with a good dose of Mandarin Dazzling Gems for sparkle! Here is a closer look at this layered card:

Leaf Shaker Card - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

Good morning! I have another card to share today, again using the NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp! Yesterday I shared a pair of cards using a fun new stamp and die combo...and afterwards, I realized I had some perfectly good negative panels leftover. I hate letting things go to waste, and love to stretch those leftovers to create a new card idea - so I turned those panels into a shaker!

I had two of those panels left from yesterday's cards using Printmaking Leaves, so I started off by adhering them together to get a slightly sturdier panel. I backed the panel with some Lawn Fawn Favorite Flannel 6x6 pattern paper, and filled it with Trinity Stamps Coarse Sparkling Sugar embellishments - so fun for a shaker! I stamped several sentiments from the stamp set, trimmed them into strips, and matted them with black cardstock, popping those up with foam on the right side of the card. I also grabbed a scrap of the same pattern paper, matted it in black, and added it on the left side. I added a Jute String bow on top, then embellished with lots of Dazzling Gems in Opal to finish off! Here is a closer look at this fun card:

Modern Leaves Thank You Cards - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

Hello! I've got a couple of fun cards to share today using some items from the NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp, as well as a fun sentiment that released with the November Card Kit! I absolutely love how these two cards turned out - and the different color combos. Not to mention all the other color combo ideas that are floating through my head as well!

I started off with the new Printmaking Leaves set, and often with these layering stamp sets, I love to stamp out multiple color combos. Since I'm already lining up and stamping in my MISTI, I've done the work, so it's easy to create multiples! I stamped one with the color combo of Peony, Cheeky, and Pearfection, and the other one with Sage, Surf, and Mandarin. Once they were stamped, I die cut them with the coordinating dies, then found an arrangement I liked on my white cardbase. I popped each leaf up with foam adhesive dots, then stamped and die cut a main sentiment from Small Thanks, popping that up as well, then stamping a secondary sentiment directly underneath on the cardbase. I tied a tiny bow of rose gold thread on one of the leaves on each card, and then added a sprinkling of tiny Dazzling Gems in Clear around the design to finish off! Here are more photos of these finished cards:

Lots of Thanks - Simon Says Stamp November Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first cards using the newest November 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Give ThanksThis month's kit is perfect for the month of November with a theme of thankfulness! The included stamp set has a fun image and several great sentiments for combining, (there is a matching die set available HERE as well), and then another sweet mini sentiment stamp set as well (also with a coordinating die available HERE). There is an amazing layering stencil with coordinating die, and that's all not to mention the embellishments, ink cubes, cardstock, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

I started off my card by using 3 of the 4 ink cubes in the kit (Sangria, Honey, and Cabbage) to swipe directly on a panel of white cardstock. I swiped a couple times gently for lots of fun texture! I trimmed that panel down a bit, then added my main image from the Counting Blessings stamp set, and the sentiments from the Small Thanks stamp set. I also stamped a couple of the tiny hearts from that set int he same tone on tone ink colors over top of the ink swiping, then popped it up with foam adhesive to a cardbase created with the Ivory cardstock in the kit. Finished off by wrapping around some Jute String, and tying it in a bow, and carefully adding a touch of Glossy Accents on each of those tiny stamped hearts! Here is a closer look at this finished card:

Big Beautiful Snowflake Cards - Simon Says Stamp Sugar and Spice Release

Hello! I've got a couple more cards to share today using the NEW Sugar and Spice Release from Simon Says Stamp! This release has lots of holiday theme items, and also some that are perfect for winter. And both of those themes work together very well, which made the combo for these cards perfect and easy!

I started off by die cutting the new Large Snowflake die from white cardstock. I was thinking about creating an ink blended background, but then I remembered my Color Blend Holiday cardstock pack, and realized it was perfect for these! I used the last two colors I had in my pack (and have already ordered a new pack to use!), trimmed them down slightly smaller than my white A2 cardbases, and then added the snowflake with temporary adhesive to trim off the excess edge. I heat embossed some sentiments from the new Label Slides Christmas stamp set in white on black cardstock, then die cut with the Label Slides die. I adhered the snowflakes with foam adhesive strips for some dimension then used some May Arts Gold Cord through the label slide, wrapping it around the entire panel and the snowflakes, tying in a knot, then tying one of the loops in a bow, trimming off the excess. Those panels were added with foam adhesive to my white cardbases, then I embellished with several Pinkfresh Gold Glitter drops to finish! I love the bold colors, bright white snowflakes, and sparkly gold accents! Here are more photos of these finished cards:

I'm sharing a trio of fun tags today featuring lots of the new release!

I started off by die cutting the Frosty Nordic Tree die 3 times from Surf, Audrey, and Peacock cardstock, and assembled them together in alternating colors. I die cut the Luggage Tags in Lipstick Red cardstock, then one size down in white cardstock. The sizes are not perfectly nesting, so there was extra space at the bottom where I could either trim off the excess on the red ones, or add a little something extra. I used the previously released Snowflake Burst Pinpoint plate die on the white panels, then added some Ivory Glitter Cardstock with a torn edge to the bottom of those pieces, extending it lower to make an even red border all around. This also helped ground the tree images! I added some May Arts Faux Silk white ribbon, attached with a loop of SSS Iridescent white Cord and some Tiny Staples, then added sentiments from the new Inside Greetings Holiday set. I added the trees with foam adhesive, embellished the top with one of the new Mini Stars Embellishments, and used a hefty amount of Dazzling Gems in Clear to add extra sparkle to the trees! Here is a closer look at all of these wintry tags:
