Twirl-Worthy Birthday - Simon Says Stamp Every Happiness Release

Good morning! I have another card to share today using the NEW Every Happiness release from Simon Says Stamp. It's full of happy pastels and playful images, and an adorable punny sentiment as well!

I started off by die cutting one of the Petal Point Frames from Sea Glass cardstock - I often die cut pretty frames like this from white and layer over colored cardstock, but this time I reversed it, and I really love how it looks! Need to remember to do that more often! I then die cut 3 of the circles from Artful Palette Christmas set using Lemon Chiffon, Cotton Candy, and Green Apple cardstocks. I stamped 3 images from Easy Breezy and heat embossed with clear powder for a touch of shine, then layered all the die cut pieces and image with thin foam adhesive for lots of dimension. I stamped and white heat embossed a sentiment from the same set, trimmed it into a thin strip, and added it as well. Finished off with a few coordinating Dazzling gems in Butter, Bubblegum, and Sprout! Here's a closer look:

Miss You Cottage - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Last week while getting ready to go camping for the weekend, I spotted a couple things in my leftovers and extras pile (tell me I'm not the only one who has one of those?!?), and had a burst of inspiration! This card came together so quickly using a mix of supplies from Simon Says Stamp, and while I probably never would have pulled these items out together to create this card, I love how all the elements came together in this quirky design!

That adorable little house was stamped in black and clear heat embossed using the adorable Cottagecore set - leftover from another project that I took in a different direction. I had a partially die cut circle that was also something I hadn't ended up using as I planned - die cut from an A2 panel using the largest of the Stitched Circles dies. I pulled out a fun assortment of colored cardstock - Cornflower, Honey, and Green Leaf, and trimmed strips in two different sizes. I tucked the larger ones at an angle across a white cardbase, then added the partial circle panel with foam adhesive, and the house tucked in over that with more foam adhesive. I stamped a sentiment from Classic Friendship directly on the cardbase, then die cut a few hearts using an older set called Mini Hearts and some Lipstick cardstock to look like they were popping out of the chimney. I added glitter drops on those hearts for extra sparkle, added the thin strips of cardstock to the bottom of the card, and finished off with some May Arts Natural jute string wrapped around and tied in a bow! Floral Art Deco Shaker Card - Simon Says Stamp Every Happiness Release

Good morning! I'm still having lots of fun with the BRAND NEW Every Happiness release from Simon Says Stamp, and today I'm sharing a bold shaker card with a bright pop of color, and some contrasting black and white accents! I love these happy colors bursting out of the shaker element!

I started this card off with the gorgeous new Bellflower Blossoms background layering stencil, using Carnation, Grapefruit, Tropic, and Apple inks on the layers, then blending some Buttercream ink around the edges to soften the stark white background. Once I decided it would make a fun shaker card, I cut a window from a panel of white cardstock with one of the new Chunky Ovals dies to create the shaker, and then filled it with the two new embellishments - Flamingo and Creamsicle. I didn't plan on it, but they coordinated PERFECTLY with the colors I used! I added some tiny corner embellishments with the Deco Blossoms set, heat embossing them with clear embossing powder over the Nocturne ink, and popping them up on foam. Sentiment is the new XL EZ Strips Reverse Big Bold Headlines sentiment strips, and a secondary sentiment from that same Deco Blossoms set, heat embossed the same way, and hand trimmed into a tiny banner. Whimsical Woodlands Cards - Simon Says Stamp Every Happiness Release

 Good morning! I'm back today with some sweet and simple layered up cards using more of the BRAND NEW Every Happiness release from Simon Says Stamp. I love detailed image with simple stamping, and layered up on sweet pattern paper helps make them pop even a little more. And these images couldn't be sweeter, could they?!?

I started off by choosing two images from adorable Woodland Friends set, and stamping them on the smooth side of the cute Textured Colored Cardstock that released a little while back. I heat embossed them with clear embossing powder for some extra shine, then die cut them out. I die cut one of the new Petal Point Frames from white cardstock, then pulled out some Lawn Fawn Bitsy Blooms pattern paper to layer up, cutting one pattern with the new Chunky Ovals, and using one trimmed to fit my A2 cardbases. Sentiments were also heat embossed, and I used foam adhesive to layer each card together. Finished off with some Dazzling Gems in Sprout and Butter to coordinate with each card! Today I have a home decor project to share, instead of my usual card! I've been trying to stretch myself to make other projects, and I love how this one came out. Wouldn't it be a fun give to give someone to let them know you are thinking of them?

This project started off with one of the Tim Holtz Vignette Trays that I used to build my scene. I stamped out the adorable new Sunflower Meadow set using a mix of Butter, Zest, Honey, Artichoke, and Allspice inks, then die cut each image out with the coordinating dies. I tore the edge of a couple panels of Kraft cardstock at the perfect width to fit in the wooden tray, I built the scene outside the box, arranging my flowers on top of the first layer, then adding the next layer of ground over the top with foam adhesive. I wrapped some twine around a few times and tied in a bow, then adhered into my box with foam adhesive and liquid glue to make sure it dried and stayed stable, supporting the top portions with small pieces of more foam adhesive. I added a sentiment from Daisy Frame, and embellished with a good sprinkle of Rainbow Blossoms embellishment mix from a previous release. Floral Arches Birthday Cards - Simon Says Stamp Every Happiness Release

Good morning! I have more inspiration to share with the BRAND NEW Every Happiness release from Simon Says Stamp - today a set of soft and dreamy floral birthday cards! I'm always a sucker for pretty arches, and adding stitching to this new set makes them even more amazing. Paired with lovely stamp layered florals?!? Perfection!

For these cards, I started by cutting a window in A2 panels of Starlight cardstock using one of the new A2 Stitched Arches dies. I stamped and layered up a few of the new Forest Forage in Summer set using Honey, Blush, Ballerina, Cookie, and Sprout inks to tuck into the arches. Before adhering them all together, I blended some Butter and Cheeky inks each on one cardbase to add a bit of color behind them. Then I tucked and arranged, adding liquid glue to adhere, and fluffing up each piece of foliage for tiny bits of dimension. The small sentiments are from that same set, and the larger birthday sentiment is from another new set - Daisy Frame - that has so many perfect sentiments in a stunning font! I finished off with a few coordinating Butter and Bubblegum Dazzling Gems. Here are more photos of these soft and pretty cards:
