Car Decals Bear - on an Action Wobble!

In my browsing through the Car Decals handbook (which I hadn't even used yet!) I noticed this cute little bear. Since I needed a card for my little brother's birthday, it seemed like the perfect cut! I am also entering this in the Boy Crazy Challenge over at Bitten by the Bug 2.

I added some wiggly eyes, and put him on an Action Wobble - here are a couple pictures of his doing his "dance" on the wobble!!!

Finished off with a tag cut from Winter Frolic, a sentiment from My Creative Time, and some doodles around the edges.

Got a busy week ahead! YIKES!!! Here's hoping everything goes smoothly! Hope you all have a fabulous week as well!!!

One more Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger Card

Okay - and here is my second entry for the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger:

And here is the trigger photo again:

When I saw the trigger - I immediately thought of this paper - so perfect, isn't it? I stitched it onto kraft paper, added some score lines with my Martha Stewart score board, and stamped a sentiment by Unity Stamps.

Finished off with a button banner using canvas, and PTI buttons and twine.

Alright - I think that's all for me today! Hope you have a fabulous Sunday!!!

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger

Hello again! I just realized that they deadline the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger is today too - so...I am gonna post two cards that I made for this challenge today as well! Here is the first one:

And here is the trigger photo:

I was inspired by the colors, and the elegance of it. I used an image from Unity Stamps, colored it with Copics, and mounted it on top of a little piece of vintage lace I had in my stash from my Mom.

Wrapped a bit of PTI twine around it, added a sentiment from My Creative Time stamps, and a couple of stick on pearls.

Alright - one more to get down then I will be done for the day!

Birthday card - and Mojo Monday sketch

Good morning! I meant to post this yesterday, but the day got away from me! I already missed one of the challenges I made it for, but that's okay...just don't want to miss the other one too! The one I am in time for is the Mojo Monday sketch. Here is my card:

And here is the sketch:

Here is a close up of the flower. I used my Cricut and Mother's Day Bouquet cartridge to cut out the flower, added some leaves with the Martha Stewart branch punch, and a PTI button and twine in the center.

The stamp is from one of my first sets by Unity Stamp Company. I added a bit of copic coloring on it as well. Layered my pattern paper, added a doily, and finished off with a stick on pearl.

Thanks so much for stopping by! See you back here soon!

Unity FWF - and more Brandy and Emma

It's Friday - and that means it is time for another Unity Friends with Flair!!! Make sure and check out the details on the Unity Blog on how to join in and have a chance to win some fabulous stamps!!!

I don't think I can say enough just how much I LOVE these Brandy and Emma stamps from Unity Stamps!!! They are really the CUTEST!!!

I stamped on kraft paper, and heat embossed before coloring with Copics. Rounded off the edges with my Martha Stewart corner rounder, and inked the edges of everything with Tim Holtz distress ink.

I love the effect of the copics on the kraft paper! I don't know if it shows in the picture, but I even used a gray copic to color in a shadow under them. Here is a close up view:

Added some crinkle ribbon, Baker's twine, a Papertrey ink button, and tied on the tag with the stamped sentiment.

I cut the tag with my Cricut using the Sentimentals cartridge, and also inked the edges of it with Tim Holtz distress ink.

Thanks so much for visiting me today! Now hop on over to the Unity Stamp blog!

I am also entering this in the Frosted Designs Embossing Challenge.

Black, Orange, and White - and Pay it Forward Challenge

This is my first time playing along with the Play Date Cafe Color Challenge. I just loved the color combo, and couldn't wait to play with it! I am also going to enter this in the Pay It Forward Challenge on the Moxie Fab World. Here is what I came up with:

And here is the color combo from their website:

I used Everyday Pop-up Cards to cut out the butterfly, then stamped Market Street Stamps Pretty Perfect Grid over it in with orange ink. Added some cute antenae with some Baker's twine from the Twinery, and pop-dotted him from the background.

The background shape is from Sophisticated, and I ran some Baker's twine around the edge of the white piece, tied a bow at the top, and added an orange button from my stash.

The sentiment is from Hero Arts, and the background of the card is another Market Street background stamp - Punched Tin.

Thanks for stopping by - that's all for me for now! 3 posts in a row - I was BUSY!!! Now I'm gonna go make some more to post soon! See you again soon!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Birthday Card!

I am still having so much fun with the Love You a Latte cartridge - and here is what I was able to create today:

It is for several different challenge, the first one the sketch challenge over on the Cricut Circle blog. Here is the sketch:

I am also enterering it in the Anything Goes challenge at The Cuttlebug Spot, as well as the Tea Time Challenge at Getting Cricky with K Andrews (I am hoping this is close enough, since a few of her design teams creations used coffee instead of tea!)

For my card, I used Love You A Latte to cut the heart in the background, as well as the cup and steam, and ran them through my Cuttlebug using my PTI linen impression plate. Instead of putting the heart on the cup, I used a little pumpkin from Disney Happily Ever After.

I inked the edges of everything, including the doily with Tim Holtz distress ink.

The tag is cut from Sentimentals with a sentiment from Scrappy Mom's stamps.

I added a tiny it of PTI twine with the tag as well.

And that's it! I'm so happy with how this one came out!!!
