Bright Lemons Card Set - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Stopping by today to share a layered A2 size card, and then a tiny little card and envelope set that I created using lots of goodies from Simon Says Stamp - I think tiny cards and envelopes are my favorite thing ever after this - SOOO cute!

I had placed an order from Simon Says Stamp for a few items, and had no idea how well they would all work together! I used all but one item in my order for this little card set - and it was so fun to break new goodies out and use them right away! I started off with the larger card, using a mix of pattern paper from the 6x6 Carta Bella Fruit Stand pattern papers, and the SSS Daisy Oval Frame die for a focal point. Sentiments were added with a mix of Sunshine and Smiles stamp and die heat embossed in white on vellum, and a small secondary one from Just a Note stamp set. For the tiny card set, I used Banana cardstock, the SSS Scoring Board, and the Spellbinders 1-2 punch to create the bitty envelope. Then, of course, I had to create a cute mini card to go with it! For both cards, I finished off and embellished with some Warm Tone Gems - so sparkly! Here are more photos of both of these projects:

Blended Floral Paper Hug Cards - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Stopping by on the last day of the month with one final set of cards using a couple of stamp sets from Simon Says Stamp - one very new, and one a bit older! I love these pretty florals - and the bright happy ink blending is so fun paired with them!

I actually pulled out a set that I have had for a while, and hadn't had a chance to ink up yet (I know...sad how often that happens isn't it?!?). It is a large cling stamp background called Dogwood Bleeding Heart. I stamped and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder on panels of white cardstock, then ink blended over the top with two different combos of Pawsitively Saturated inks: Grapefruit and Punch for one, and Orchid and Peony for the other. I added stamped sentiments from the Bad Day Good Vibes stamp set from the newest release, then finished off with a few Dazzling Gems from either the Cool or Warm tones sets. Here are more photos of these finished cards:

You Are My Sunshine - Simon Says Stamp July Card Kit

Hello! I'm sharing a few more cards using the newest July 2024 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit -  Sunny Smiles! This month's kit is full of sunny and summery fun! The included stamp set by the same name features some adorable images and fun sentiments. There is also a sentiment die, fun embossing foldercolor blend cardstockembellishment mix...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelope, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

Today I'm sharing TWO different versions of some card duos featuring the Sunny Smiles stamp set in the kit. I played with some unique color combos to create these - and couldn't decide if I liked the colors one way, or reversed. So, I did them both ways! I die cut them using the largest Wonky Rectangles die, and then alternated the colored cardstock for the cardbases, using bright colors from the Rainbow Splash cardstock assortment. Finished off by embellishing with the fun Adhesive Enamel flowers in the kit. So cute! Here are more photos of these finished cards - including the second color combo:

Here is a closer look at the entire kit contents - you can see it all HERE:

Beach Encouragement Card - Simon Says Stamp Sunny Vibes Release

Hello! Stopping by today to share another card using the NEW Sunny Vibes release from Simon Says Stamp! This time I'm sharing a fun, summery, beach card!

I used the new Beachcombing layering stamp set in soft tones. There are coordinating dies, but since I didn't have those, I just fussy cut out the images. I created a background by swiping a blue ink pad directly across my cardbase, then added texture by stenciling over the top in soft green using the new Wonky Chevron stencil, then adding some gold splatters with my starry colors palette. I then arranged the shells over the top, curling up the edges, and adhering with a mix of liquid glue and foam adhesive. I added a sentiment from the new Bad Day Good Vibes stamp set, using two tones of brown ink for an ombre effect on the stamping, and black ink for the smaller sentiments. Finished off with some sparkly Stickles over part of the images, a rounded corner, and a few soft green clear drops to finish off! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Mini Slim Thinking of You - Pinkfresh Studio Craft Along Card

Good morning! Last year we started something new at Pinkfresh called Craft Along - we just finished the June Craft Along last Friday night, and registration is now open for the next one (although due to summer and busy schedules, we are skipping July, and starting again in August)! What is Craft Along? Well, it's basically a mini event, that is far more affordable and flexible for those who want community, crafting, and connection, but perhaps want the flexibility to use what they already have, or purchase a smaller bundle at a discount. We include alternatives to our chosen sets to give you all the options, and some previous month's attendees even came up with other fabulous options! You can always check out all our event options HERE for more info.

The event is through a private Zoom link - so you are able to chat, ask questions, and we can even see your lovely faces if you wish! You are (of course!) welcome to leave your camera off, and your sound muted as well if you are more comfortable with that. It has been so fun to be able to see some of your lovely faces as you crafted as well.

Since this was part of that event, I'm not going to share any details of how I created it - but I wanted to share some photos, and I've included a supply list at the bottom as well. I really love this card I created for the June Craft Along - and can't wait to share my August one with you all as well! We also have a bundle of supplies, so you can choose to use what you already own, or grab the bundle at a discount if you wish. The additional essentials we used are also available at a 10% discount (use code AUG24CA) if you don't have those in your stash and want to grab them - I've linked them below as well! We hope you will join us in the new year for this fun adventure and event! You can find all the details HERE for registering for the event, as well as the Bundle HERE at a discount if you don't have the product or something similar you'd like to create with.

Sunny Citrus - Simon Says Stamp Sunny Vibes Release

Hello! Stopping by today to share my first couple cards using the NEW Sunny Vibes release from Simon Says Stamp! In keeping with how busy this month is, I'm a couple day slow to start posting - but  it's always better late than never, right?

For these cards, I used the new Lemon Tree 3D Embossing Folder on watercolor paper, then did some abstract watercolor over the top for a sort of impressionist style. I did one in the expected yellow and green, then did one to look more like grapefruits with aqua leaves. So fun! I added sentiments from the previously released Thankful and Grateful stamp and die set, using coordinating ink colors for the large sentiments. I added some tiny flower embellishments in the center of the full citrus slices to finish them off. Here are more photos of these cards:
