My Craft Spot Spring Release - Day 1

Good Monday morning!!! It is finally that time again - we are sharing peeks of the new Spring release at My Craft Spot! This is such a FUN release - you are going to love it all! Today we are playing with the new stamp set called Postage Stamps, and the matching Postage Stamp Dies! Here is what I made:
As always - these dies cut beautifully! And I LOVE all the fun images and sentiments in the matching stamp set! So fun!!! I used my Silhouette Cameo and a file from the online store to cut the little goldfish and heart, inked the edges with distress ink, and debossed them with my PTI Linen Impression Plate. Added wiggly eyes to the fish too - cause I couldn't resist!
The pattern paper is from a Fancy Pants 6x6 paper pad, and I added some torn vellum for the water, and some machine stitching around the card to hold it all in place.
Attached the fish, hearts, and stamps with some foam adhesive, and finished off with a bit of bling. I didn't notice until now that one of my crystals in the top left corner kind of fell down a bit! Oops! Guess I better fix that...
So...are you ready to see more? Make sure and head over to My Craft Spot to see the rest of the samples from the Design Team - they are beautiful! And Kimberly is giving away this stamp set today:

I'll see you tomorrow with more fun peeks! Until then - here is a tiny peek at what is coming tomorrow:

Have a great day!!!

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger - Wake Up Call

Good morning! I got my brand new Unity Kit of the Month in the mail yesterday - and couldn't WAIT to ink it up! So I decided to play along with this week's Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger:
Here is the Trigger photo - I mostly went with the fun colors for my inspiration:
I used some Lil' Inker's Rectangle dies for each layer, and some My Mind's Eye 6x6 papers.
Ink is from My Favorite things, and a bit of tape in the corners.
Finished off with some enamel dots - if it wasn't for those, I actually would have had a one layer card! So close!
Thanks for dropping by! Have a wonderful weekend!

Unity FWF - Birthday Hoot

Good morning! I'm SOOO excited to FINALLY have a chance to play along with Unity Friends with Flair for the first time in a few weeks! I actually whipped this card up this morning in a couple spare minutes I happened to sneak in!
I used the March 2013 Kit of the Month for the cute owl and sentiment. I used some cute papers from my 6x6 My Mind's Eye "Everyday Flair" paper pad (available HERE at Shop Pumpkin Spice).
I cut the blue with my Lil' Inker's Stitched Rectangles Die, and stamped my owl and sentiment with MFT dye ink - LOVE the coverage on that stuff!
Tucked a doily in the background, added some jute twine, and finished off with a couple of my new favorite embellishment - sequins from Avery Elle!
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you are having a great Friday - and have a wonderful weekend!!!

Good morning! I'm so excited today to be hopping with my Peachy Keen friends again today! If you just arrived from Dobea Alberts, then you are in the right place - if not, make sure and head over to Peachy Keen to find all the details and start at the beginning.

We are celebrating spring with the current and alumni PKS Design Team. Half of us will be hopping today, and the other half next week on the 25th! There are prizes for each day - so make sure and leave comments along the hop for your chance to win! Check out all the details, and find the blog hop order on the Peachy Keen Blog, just in case you get lost or there are any glitches along the way! I made 3 projects for the hop today - here is the first one:
I used my Silhouette Cameo and a file from the online store to cut out my cute puddle and boots, then added a face from the Sweet and Silly Face Assortment - I LOVE them so much!

Added some Mister Huey's Spray mist, some clear sequins, lots of Glossy Accents, some May Arts ribbon and twine, and a sentiment from My Craft Spot.
I also used my Silhouette Cameo and the same face assortment for my second card:
Inked the edges of my paper with distress ink, used my white gel pen and some Copics to enhance the faces, a few sequins, sentiment from My Craft Spot, and pop dots on some of the layers to add dimension.
For the last card, I just let my PKS stamps shine:
I used Flower Power Frame for my background, stamped with MFT red ink:
And then stamped sweet Natalee in brown Versamark ink:
Finished off with a sentiment from My Craft Spot, some Copics for the cheeks, a bit of distress ink, some May Arts sheer stitched ribbon, and a bit of bling for the flower centers.
That's it for me today! Thanks so much for hopping by today! Your next stop is Heidi Giebel who will have something amazing to show you I know!!! Remember to leave a comment before you leave for a chance to win today's prize!

SPS Inspiration - Sweet Thanks

Good morning! It's my turn to share some inspiration over at Shop Pumpkin Spice - so here is what I made for this time around:
I love the print and cut feature on my Silhouette Cameo machine - so much fun! This is an image from their online store, and I used my Silhouette Studio Designer Edition software to size, print, and cut this image.
My background papers are from Glitz Design's Cashmere Dame 6x6 paper pad, and I mounted my printed and cut image with foam adhesive for some dimension.
The image is so intricate, and prints out so beautifully!
The sentiment words are also cut with my Silhouette Cameo machine out of white Bazzil Basic Cardstock, and I covered them with Glossy Accents - adds such a nice finished look to them! Hard to see in the pictures, but you might see it a little better in this one:
Added some sequins - one of my newest crafty addictions! So quick and super fun for a thank you card!
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you are having a wonderful week!!!

A simple birthday card for a sweet girl! I used this stamp set:

Love all the fun birthday sentiments on this one! Definitely one of my go-to sets!
I used some Basic Grey pattern paper, and some Bazzil Cardstock for my cardbase and matte. The girl was cut with my Silhouette Cameo and mounted on foam adhesive.
Added my sentiment, a bit of bling, and some Posy Trendy Twine (find it HERE at My Craft Spot)
I really hope you will join us this week! Can't wait to see what you make!
