SSS September Card Kit - Lots of Hearts!

Hello! The new "Best Birthday" September Card Kit for Simon Says Stamp has released! It really is quite a magical card kit! Here are a couple cards I made with it:

For the first card, I featured one of the fun Jillibean Soup Shaker Tags with an included insert in the kit - filled with lots of fun Pretty Pink Posh sequins. Stamped some sentiments on the tag using the included stamp kit - Best Ever, added a bit of pattern paper, some of the enamel heart stickers, and a bow of jute twine to the top, then mounted with foam adhesive over a kraft card base with some white paint splatters.

The next card is as bright and colorful as they come!

I started off by using Wonky Stitched Hearts to die cut a negative of part of a heart in the front of a white card base, then added some of the fun Doodlebug Pattern paper behind the window. Sentiment from Best Ever was heat embossed in white on a small Stitched Banner in black, then I added lots of the fun little enamel stickers to embellish!

Pineapples on Plaid

Good morning! I'm stopping by this morning to share one last card I made with some BRAND NEW release stamps from Ink Blots Shop, this one using many of the same sets I used on my first card I shared HERE.

I again began by stamping and layering together the pineapples from the adorable new Fruit Salad stamp set. There are lots of layer options and faces, arms, and legs - but I went with a slightly more realistic feel for my pineapples. I used several colors of Altenew ink, and did some rock and roll technique to get color variation on the base layer. I used the Plaid Background again, only this time I heat embossed it in white on my background, then mounted the pineapples over the top with foam adhesive. Added a little hello using Simple Sentiments and heat embossing it on a strip of black cardstock.

This release is celebrating Ink Blot's One Year (about) Anniversary!

Hello Friend - Ink Blots Hello Lovely

Good morning! I'm stopping by this morning to share yet another card I made with some BRAND NEW release stamps from Ink Blots Shop, this time using Hello Lovely!

So much fun to stamp these girls and choose the face to add as well - and they lined up so easily and perfectly! I did some simple coloring with Copics, then die cut three small circles out of a panel of white cardstock. I fussy cut out the girls, leaving extra on the bottom to attach them behind my window. I stamped my sentiment in the bottom right corner, then foam mounted the entire panel on a cream colored card base for just a touch of soft contrast.

You're a Star Shaker Card

Good morning! Stopping by this morning with another card using the Simon Says Stamp Encouraging Words release! There are lots of fun new stamps, dies, stencils - and I spotted a coordinating die to a previously released stamp set too!

Today's card actually uses the negative cut of You're a Star wafer die from THIS card I posted a couple days ago!

I die cut the panel using Wonky Rectangles, then layered a strip of Bright Yellow cardstock on a panel of Royal Purple. the shaker is filled with sparkly Pretty Pink Posh Iridescent Mini Star Confetti (what else?!?!?) and a few larger star confetti finish off the outside of the card.
