Good morning! Welcome to Day 3 of sneak peeks for the May release at Reverse Confetti! Such a fun mix of product this month - and lots of summery yellow colors! LOVE! All new products will be available in the store at midnight EST on May 8th.
Today's card is bright, happy, and sunny!
Today's card is bright, happy, and sunny!
I started off by using the new Leaf Lattice Stencil and some white pigment ink on a cardbase of Lime Green Cardstock. I also added some black splatters over the top of that. I die cut the new Sunburst Tag Layer from white cardstock, and added a sentiment from the beautiful new sentiment set, appropriately titled Simply Sentiments. I backed it with some pattern paper from the new 6x6 paper pad, Pattern Play.
At the top of the tag, I threaded through some yellow ribbon, and then used a stapler to attach it in a criss-cross pattern. Added the kite and clouds from Take Flight, also die cut with the coordinating Take Flight Confetti Cuts, and colored a bit with Copics. I added some Nuvo Crystal drops to the kite, and some sparkly Stickles to the edges of the clouds and the bottom of the kite. Finished off with lots of foam adhesive between layers for a nice thick card!
Here is a peek at the new products I used that will be releasing in a few days - all photos will be linked to the Reverse Confetti store when the release goes live!
I also want to make note of a beautiful new set that the Design Team is sneaking today - even though it isn't on my project for today. It is called One Day At a Time, and proceeds from this set will be donated to The Pink Fund which provides 90 days of non-medical cost-of-living expenses to breast cancer patients in active treatment for breast cancer so they can focus on healing, raising their families, and returning to the workplace.
Make sure to check out all the release sneak peeks, and leave a comment before you leave for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate - all comments must be left by noon EST on May 7th - winner will be announced 5 PM EST - there is also a chance to win on the Reverse Confetti Facebook Page.
