He is Risen - Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Easter Card Kit

Good morning! I've got one more card to share using the BRAND NEW and Limited Edition Easter Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp, plus one of the add-ons that are available separately!

When I was looking through the pretty pattern papers, this one caught my eye, and felt like it would fit so well with the Reverse Blessed Easter sentiment strips that are available separately but released at the same time. There is one sheet of the regular version of these in the kit, but I loved the contrast with the black on the reverse ones. I trimmed the pattern paper into a strip, then backed it with a slightly larger strip of another sheet of pattern paper. I love how the small gingham design almost looks like a scalloped border! I added the sentiment strips that were die cut with the EZ Strips Slanted rectangles, and a good sprinkle of Clear Dazzling Gems to finish off! Here is a closer look at this finished card:

Easter Floral Bunny - Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Easter Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by with a card tonight using the BRAND NEW and Limited Edition Easter Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp! This kit is full of fun products to mix and match together!

I always love a good pattern paper, so when I saw this pretty one from the Easter Memories paper pad with the sweet bunny tucked in the florals, I knew I wanted to use it! I fussy cut two corners of the paper to add to my cardbase. I created a cardbase out of some of the Ivory cardstock in the kit, and then added some interest to that cardbase with the included Delicate Lattice stencil in the kit and some of the distress oxide cubes. I stenciled in the opposite corners of where I was going to adhere the pattern paper, fading off as I came towards the center. I added the pattern paper with foam adhesive, then heat embossed a bow from the Vintage Bunnies stamp set in the kit on a different little piece of the pattern paper in the kit, heat embossing it with clear powder after stamping with Nocturne ink. I used the coordinating dies (available separately) to die cut that image, as well as the "Easter" sentiment, die cutting it an extra time from the Sage colored cardstock in the kit for a small shadow element. I stamped the secondary sentiments directly on the cardbase, then added the shadowed "Easter" with foam adhesive. Finished off with a few Sprout Dazzling Gems for sparkle! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Floral Butterfly Cards - Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share a couple more cards using the newest April 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Butterfly Blossoms! This month's kit is full of lovely spring and vintage vibes! The included stamp set by the same name features some lovely florals and pretty sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There are some fun collage paperswashi tape, pretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

For these cards, I focused on one of the gorgeous pattern papers in the kit. It had this lovely floral border on each side, so I fussy cut along one side, leaving the outer edge flat. I popped that up on foam on a strip of white cardstock. I stamped sentiments from the stamp set on those panels, then mounted on cardbases created with the Honey cardstock in the kit. I added a few of the butterflies from the stamp set, with a bit of color added with the included coordinating stencils and Zest and Honey inks. I finished off with a few tiny Clear Dazzling Gems! Here are more photos of these cards:

Elegant Floral Wreath Cards - Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest March 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Tweet Friend! This month's kit is floral and spring combined in the perfect package! The included stamp set by the same name features some adorable images and sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There are the most AMAZING bow dies, a fun embossing folder, pretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

For today's card, I really loved this one particular piece of pattern paper, and wanted to focus on it for my cards! Since it is 6x6, I couldn't fit the entire wreath on an A2 card, and I love splitting wreaths and using them in half, so decided to make two cards! I added an additional strip of pattern paper from the kit tucking under the edge, to add a touch of interest on my white cardbases. Then I grabbed two of the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Typed Tags that were in the kit (BONUS - if you want extra of these, they are on sale 25% off this weekend as part of the Tim Holtz/Ranger sale with code RGR25!), and threaded through some of the fabulous new Metallic Silver String in the kit, wrapping it around, and tying a simple knot on the side. I also tucked a bit of foam adhesive under the metal embellishment to help hold it in place and keep it stable. Finished off with a lovely row of Dazzling Gems from the pastel mix - love the elegant touch it adds! Here are more photos of these cards:

Rainbow Half Wreath Cards - Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first cards using the new October 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Put Your Party Hats On! This month's kit is definitely birthday focused, but lots of super fun elements for any celebration! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, a fun embossing folderpretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, embellishments, and more!

My cards today use several items from the kit, but it definitely looks like the star of the show is this fabulous rainbow floral leaf that was on one of the pattern papers. I fussy cut it out, and it was clearly too big for one card - so why not make two as a set, right? I cut it cleanly in half, dividing roughly between the warmer and cooler colors, and then set them aside while prepping the rest of the card. I used the fun new Swiss Dots embossing folder in the kit for the background, on a panel slightly smaller than my white cardbase. I wrapped and tied some twine around the bottom portions of the wreaths, then adhered those with foam adhesive. Sentiments were heat embossed in white on black cardstock, then trimmed to a banner shape and mounted over top. Finished off with a few of the Rainbow Splash gem stickers around the sentiments to finish these off! Here are some more photos of these cards:

Hello Daisy Bouquet - Simon Says Stamp September Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share another card using the new September 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Bee Happy! This month's kit is happy and fun, with a focus on bee and sunflower elements. The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, there is a 3D embossing folderpretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, embellishments, and more!

This card came together quickly, thanks to the lovely die cut elements in the kit! I also used that same Criss Cross Floral 3D embossing folder as on yesterday's card, only this time on Cream cardstock, then trimmed the panel down to mount on a white cardbase. I used some of the die cut elements to layer together, adding the main one with foam adhesive, then the smaller ones tucked around with liquid glue. I layered the Scripty Hello sentiment over the top, using vellum for the shadow layer, and black cardstock for the main layer, then finished off with a jute twine bow tied around the bottom of the bouquet! Here are some more photos of the finished card:
