Neutral Love You - Simon Says Stamp May 2026 Card Kit

Good morning! I'm dropping by to share another card using the newest May 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Long Stem FloralsThis month's kit has some fun florals with a modern feel, and some elements with a vintage twist - such a fun combo! The included stamp set by the same name has a fun set of coordinating stencils included for some creative fun. There are some rub-ons, pattern paperembossing glaze (colors may vary), distress crayon, fun frames and floral embellishments, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, metallic kraft stock, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die available that is live in the store now as well!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

This card features a simple monochromatic color scheme - if you left the little flower embellishments off, I think it would work fabulous for a masculine card! I started off with a panel of watercolor cardstock, and the Walnut Stain Distress Crayon in the kit. I scribbled a line down the entire panel, then misted with water, and used a brush to spread the color around the panel. Once that dried, I tore the edges off and adhered onto a white cardbase. I chose that one main pre-printed panel from the Simple Stories pattern paper in the kit, and used a small strip of a different piece to tuck underneath it. Finished off with a little cluster of those pretty Heirloom Roses embellishments! Here is a closer look at the finished card:

This card really features the amazing pattern papers, and some other little touches to bump them up a notch! I trimmed the one pattern piece down to size for my cardfront - all I can think of was those little drawers that I used to hunt through at the library when I was a kid to find a book. Anyone else know what I'm talking about? Ah...the memories! Does that make me old?!? Anyway - back to the card, haha! I used some text paper for the background (another nod to the library idea), a bit of May Arts Ivory Faux Silk ribbon tied in a fluffy bow wrapped around that panel. For extra details, I used a couple of the Heirloom Roses embellishments in the kit, a sentiment from the Long Stem Florals stamp set in the kit (die cut with the separately available coordinating die), and a few Dazzling Gems in Gold as the finishing touch! Here is a closer look at the finished card:

Framed Florals Mom Card - Simon Says Stamp May 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest May 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Long Stem FloralsThis month's kit has some fun florals with a modern feel, and some elements with a vintage twist - such a fun combo! The included stamp set by the same name has a fun set of coordinating stencils included for some creative fun. There are some rub-ons, pattern paper, embossing glaze (colors may vary), distress crayon, fun frames and floral embellishments, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, metallic kraft stock, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die available that is live in the store now as well!

I love how this card turned out, using lots of goodies from the kit! I fell in love with those metal frames, and knew I wanted to use those. They felt like a perfect fit for some of the pattern paper in the kit, so I chose a few frames and glued some sections of the pattern paper behind the frames. While those dried, I swiped an embossing ink pad on some white cardstock, and then sprinkled on some of the Abandoned Coral embossing glaze in my kit (you might get a different color of that). This provided the perfect sketchy color background for those frames, popped up on thin foam adhesive for a touch of dimension. I added a bit of pattern paper behind that, then mounted on a cardbase created with the Ivory cardstock in the kit. I stamped a few sentiments from the stamp set, and die cut them with the separately available coordinating dies, then mounted all the frames and sentiments with foam adhesive. Finished off with a few pearl embellishments! Here is a closer look at this finished card:

Elegant Floral Wreath Cards - Simon Says Stamp March Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first card using the newest March 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Tweet Friend! This month's kit is floral and spring combined in the perfect package! The included stamp set by the same name features some adorable images and sentiments (there is also a coordinating die for this set available separately HERE). There are the most AMAZING bow dies, a fun embossing folder, pretty pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the new Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

For today's card, I really loved this one particular piece of pattern paper, and wanted to focus on it for my cards! Since it is 6x6, I couldn't fit the entire wreath on an A2 card, and I love splitting wreaths and using them in half, so decided to make two cards! I added an additional strip of pattern paper from the kit tucking under the edge, to add a touch of interest on my white cardbases. Then I grabbed two of the Tim Holtz Idea-ology Typed Tags that were in the kit (BONUS - if you want extra of these, they are on sale 25% off this weekend as part of the Tim Holtz/Ranger sale with code RGR25!), and threaded through some of the fabulous new Metallic Silver String in the kit, wrapping it around, and tying a simple knot on the side. I also tucked a bit of foam adhesive under the metal embellishment to help hold it in place and keep it stable. Finished off with a lovely row of Dazzling Gems from the pastel mix - love the elegant touch it adds! Here are more photos of these cards:

Christmas Ransom Note Style Cards - Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first cards using the new December 2023 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit -  Making Spirits Bright! This month's kit has a great holiday vibe, and lots of fun decorative elements! The included stamp set by the same name has some fun images to stamp as well as some great sentiments, there is a fun embossing folder, a fun word die, festive pattern paper...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, tools, and more!

As soon as I opened my kit, I instantly fell in love with the fun layered frames - and knew I had to use those. And as I flipped through the sticker sheets, and all the myriad of possibilities with those, a random idea popped into my head, and I just had to go for it! I thought it would be fun to use those stickers in a ransom note style to create fun little stories in those layered frames! Totally cracks me up how these turned out, and I can't help but laugh when I look at them! :)  I popped the frames and the stickers up on foam adhesive on plain white cardbases, then rounded off one corner to add some interest. I embellished with a few of the little pearls that came in the kit to finish off. These cards were super easy - the slowest part was digging through to pick which stickers I wanted to use! Here are more photos and views of these cards:
