Textured Floral Card Trio - Simon Says Stamp August 2026 Card Kit

Good morning! I'm dropping by to share a few more cards using the newest August 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Made to Flourish! This month's kit is a wonderful and eclectic mix of florals - most of them aren't really designed to work together, but instead to give you lots of fun variety for whatever technique or style you want to use! The included Made to Flourish stamp set has some adorable floral and vase images, and super cute and playful sentiments. The coordinating dies are also included in the kit, which is amazing! There are some printed floral watercolor panels, a layered floral die, an embossing folder, beautiful floral ephemera, and that's all not to mention the cardbases, watercolor cardstock, Distress Crayons, and more! And, there are also several add on sets available in the store now!

The monthly card kit has lots of perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

I had lots of fun with this fun layered set! I actually had recently picked up THIS pack of handmade paper from SSS, and used those as the base for my cards. I trimmed a couple pieces in half to make them perfectly sized for my cardfronts (which I trimmed slightly less wide, so they are 4"x5 1/2"). I scribbled each of the 3 Distress Crayons in my kit (Festive Berries, Mowed Lawn, and Fossilized Amber) onto my glass mat, misted with water, then smooshed the handmade paper onto them to get a soft background. They are SOOO pretty and textured - I love it! Once those dried, I added a couple of the Flowers Ephemera from the kit onto each one, popping up with foam, and a sentiment from the Made to Flourish stamp and die set, heat embossed in white on black cardstock. A few coordinating Dazzling Gems in Butter, Sprout, and Taffy, and then some May Arts jute string (I added more from my stash beyond the 12" in the kit) - and these cards were finished! Lovely Year Blooms - Simon Says Stamp August 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest August 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Made to Flourish! This month's kit is a wonderful and eclectic mix of florals - most of them aren't really designed to work together, but instead to give you lots of fun variety for whatever technique or style you want to use! This card actually started with that lovely die cut and layered floral image. It uses the Tim Holtz Sizzix Bloom Colorize thinlit die set included in the kit, and a bunch of my tiny scraps of SSS cardstocks. All the colors are linked below if you're curious about those! I pulled out one of the GORGEOUS new Sketched Florals watercolor card fronts, and realized it would be a good fit with my florals. I wanted to have it softly coordinate, and I didn't want to spend a ton of time watercoloring, so I went with one of my default faux watercolor techniques. I blended on some Lemonade, Ballerina, Tidepool, and Limelicious inks in random sections around the outer edges using my Detail Shading brushes. Then, I misted it well with water, let the colors blend and soften, and allowed it to dry completely (helping speed it up slightly with my heat tool). Before adding the florals, I added some gold splatter with my Starry Colors palette. Sentiment is from the included Made to Flourish stamp and die set - stamped in black and cut out with the coordinating dies. I die cut extra of the tiny sentiment without stamping, and stacked them up for dimension, since it was kind of thin and I didn't want to cut lots of small foam adhesive pieces. A few Dazzling Clear gems were the perfect finishing touch! Here is a closer look at all the soft, pretty, and pastel details:

Best Friend Literally - Simon Says Stamp July 2026 Card Kit

Good morning! I've got another card today to share using the new July 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Pop Art! This month's kit has a modern and geometric feel - and so many fun colors to play with! The included Pop Art stamp set has some fun images that pair with the unique dies included in the kit. There are some super fun textured papers, sparkly bling, a bonus sentiment stamp set, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, sentiment strips, storage options, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die set for the stamp available that is live in the store now as well!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

You might recognize the colors on this card - they are the same ones I used on the first card I posted with the kit (you can see it HERE). This time I used squares, and a different geometric layout! I cut and assembled the square much the same as I did the circles on the other card, using the Pop Art Pieces die and the Textured Cardstock pack in the kit. This time I used a paper trimmer to carefully cut the sections in half, instead of quarters. And then I arranged them at the top and bottom of a landscape white cardbase. The outer ones I did end up trimming into quarters, then trimmed off the slight excess that went over the edges of the cardbase. Next, I heat embossed a sentiment from the Pop Art stamp set in the kit in white on black cardstock, and die cut it with the plain circle from Pop Art Pieces die. Finished off with a few of the Dazzling Clear Gems in the kit for some sparkle! Here are more photos of the finished card:

Besties Forever - Simon Says Stamp July 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest July 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Pop Art! This month's kit has a modern and geometric feel - and so many fun colors to play with! I focused on lots of die cutting for this card - and ended up keeping it fairly clean and simple (although it did take a while to get everything adhered in place!). The amazing Pop Art Pieces die made it so quick and easy to get these fun colored and layered circles with the Textured Cardstock pack in the kit. And there are SOOO many different ways you could go with color from this pack! I die cut several of the circles from 4 different colors, then cut white bases, and layered them all up together. I didn't have the Criss Cross die set yet (but it would make this even faster, and is available as an add-on), so I just trimmed each one carefully into quarters with my paper trimmer. A bit fiddly trying to get perfect sections on the circles, but worth it! Then I just carefully arranged them right on my card front in a fun patter, setting them in a bit around the edges to leave a white border. I adhered each one with foam adhesive squares (another reason this took a little while - haha!). Then, I simply stamped a sentiment from the Pop Art stamp set in the kit, and added a few of the tiniest size of Dazzling Clear Gems that are included in the kit. These colors are so fresh and fun, and I can't help but feel like they just scream summer! How about you? Here's a closer look:

Prize Ribbon Birthday - Simon Says Stamp June 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share one more card (for now!) using the newest June 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Step Right Up! This month's kit is full of summery fun - perfect for carnivals, movie nights, and happy nostalgic memories! The included Having Fun stamp set has some fun images that pair with some of the dies included in the kit. There is some fun new Heat and Fluff (which is MAGICAL on the popcorn!), Scratch and Sniff stickers (takes me back to my childhood!), exclusive printed papers, craft fluffs, additional dies, and that's all not to mention the cardstock, notecards, and more! And, there is also a coordinating die set for the stamp available that is live in the store now as well!

Today's card features one of the add-ons to the kit, and I think it's such a fun one! The Prize Ribbon die and Prize Ribbon sentiments is such a fun coordinating product! So many different configurations you can use with the Prize Ribbon - I changed up the design a bit to make it my own, and cut it in lots of fun colors, instead of just the blue color that first comes to mind with something like this. I used one of the cute little notecards in the kit to create this card, and added a Stitched Rectangle die cut from Fog cardstock to add a base and a bit of interest. I stamped a couple of the smaller sentiments directly on that panel, and then added a few Clear Dazzling gems to finish off! Here are more photos of this finished card:

Banner Day Celebration Card - Simon Says Stamp June 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share another card using the newest June 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Step Right UpThis month's kit is full of summery fun - perfect for carnivals, movie nights, and happy nostalgic memories! The included Having Fun stamp set has some fun images that pair with some of the dies included in the kit. I love all the neutrals on this card, with lots of pops of bright red! I started off by die cutting all the elements of the Festive Bunting die 3 times - can you believe the red "strings" are actually the Schoolhouse Red cardstock? I used the Desert Storm in the kit for the banners, and then used the small elements on the Having Fun stamp set to stamp patterns on each one using White Pigment ink. Then, I strung them all together, and layered them on my card using small foam dots. Next, I used one of the add-ons, Prize Ribbon stamp and die set. I used the stamp set to add a couple sentiments directly on the card, and one of them on part of the die, cut out from white and the same red cardstock. I used one of the little images from the Having Fun stamp set to add the little red sparkles around the card with Cranberry ink, added a few trios of Dazzling Black gems, and rounded off one corner of the card to finish off! Here are lots more photos of all the fun details on this card:

What's poppin? - Simon Says Stamp June 2026 Card Kit

Hello! I'm dropping by to share my first card using the newest June 2026 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Step Right UpThis month's kit is full of summery fun - perfect for carnivals, movie nights, and happy nostalgic memories! I had SOOO much fun making realistic popcorn for this card! I mean, that Heat and Fluff is absolute magic for this! I used the 3D Box and Popcorn die, die cutting the box from the Schoolhouse red cardstock in the kit, then stamping the strips on the box with the Having Fun stamp set. I blended a bit of the Scattered Straw distress oxide ink on the die cut popcorn pieces, then added little dabs of the Heat and Fluff and heat set it to "pop" up my popcorn! I assembled everything together, and used one of the panels of pattern paper in the kit for my cardfront, adding some white cardstock with a torn edge and layered up across the front. Stamped a sentiment, wrapped around some jute twine to tie in a bow, and embellished with some fun little sparkly stars! Here is a closer look at all the details - especially check out the detail on that popcorn(!!!):
