Warm Wishes Interactive Tag - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Today I have a Christmas tag to share, using a couple items from the recent Simon Says Stamp DieCember Release - another couple items I hadn't used yet, and one I particularly wanted to work with before Christmas was over! This tag also has a fun interactive element - scroll down to see the smaller tag tucked in the pocket!

I actually started off with a penl cut with Chunky A2 Scallop Rectangle dies, and stamped some fun images from the Jingle All the Way set. When I was done, I wasn't really happy with the layout, so I decided to trim it out with one of the dies in Layered Scallop Tags, partially die cutting, so it left the scallops at the top. I then cut the tag layer for behind it from Lipstick Red cardstock. Before I adhered it down, I decided it would be fun to make a pocket, and tuck in another little tag - so I adhered that panel with just foam strips on the side and bottom, and then created a smaller tag. I stamped with more images from the stamp set to make it super cute! I added the tag toppers, threaded on some White ribbon and either some Gold Cord or Gold String, tucking the little tag inside the pocket. Finally, I embellished the tree with some Sunbeam Dazzling gems! Here are more photos, showing the interactive element as well:

Wrapped with Love Limited Edition Holiday Gift Giving Kit - Simon Says Stamp

Hello! Today I've got a few cards to share with you using a BRAND new LIMITED edition holiday gift giving kit from Simon Says Stamp! While this kit is definitely geared towards gift packaging and tags (and I have a few tags to share below as well), I also couldn't resist making a set of cards witht he lovely pattern paper in the kit! Every beautifully packaged gift needs a card as well, don't you think?

These first cards are pretty much made up of lots of the pattern paper in the kit. The new Collaging Tile die is actually sized perfectly to fit some of the square elements in the pattern paper - so I used it to die cut out the center pieces on these cards, then trimmed other paper to mat behind or fit on my cardbases. I added some of the pretty red May Arts ribbon and Gold metallic string to embellish, and foam adhesive to pop the front panel up for dimension. Keep scrolling to see the tags I created - but here is a closer look at these cards:

Next up - more of that pattern paper, but this time mixed with a bit of the included stamp set! For these, I used the Collaging Tile die again, but a smaller one to cut out the main center pieces, then trimmed varying sizes of pattern paper to adhere behind it, trimming off anything that hung off the edge of the tag. I used the branch die from the Wrapped with Love stamp set with Pine ink, and stamped a bit of a border around the edges. For the left card, I kept the color more bold, and the right card I used more second generation stamping for a softer effect. I couldn't decide which style I liked better, so I did one of each! I added more of that red ribbon at the top, stapled in place, then embellished with Dazzling Clear gems. Finally, I applied some Glossy Accents in select areas, and sprinkled on the magical Rock Candy Chunky Glitter for lots of sparkle! I have one more set of tags below - but here is a better look at these tags and their sparkle:

These final tags are tiny and cute! I used the American Crafts Green Tags with sparkly twine, and stamped the floral image from the Wrapped with Love stamp set around the edges, and added some white splatter. I used a couple of the embossed and die cut Wrapped Up embossing folder pieces, cut from white cardstock, and with a bit of Apple ink blended over the top, and popped those up with foam, then added another sentiment from the stamp set. On the reverse (see the next photo), I stamped an additional sentiment and tiny bow image! Here are more photos of these finished tags:

I'm sharing a trio of fun tags today featuring lots of the new release!

I started off by die cutting the Frosty Nordic Tree die 3 times from Surf, Audrey, and Peacock cardstock, and assembled them together in alternating colors. I die cut the Luggage Tags in Lipstick Red cardstock, then one size down in white cardstock. The sizes are not perfectly nesting, so there was extra space at the bottom where I could either trim off the excess on the red ones, or add a little something extra. I used the previously released Snowflake Burst Pinpoint plate die on the white panels, then added some Ivory Glitter Cardstock with a torn edge to the bottom of those pieces, extending it lower to make an even red border all around. This also helped ground the tree images! I added some May Arts Faux Silk white ribbon, attached with a loop of SSS Iridescent white Cord and some Tiny Staples, then added sentiments from the new Inside Greetings Holiday set. I added the trees with foam adhesive, embellished the top with one of the new Mini Stars Embellishments, and used a hefty amount of Dazzling Gems in Clear to add extra sparkle to the trees! Here is a closer look at all of these wintry tags:

Snowglobe Tags - Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember Mama Elephant exclusive

Good morning! I'm back to share a set of tags using the next of the special STAMPtember collaborations throughout the month! Each collaboration is with one of your favorite companies, is limited edition, and only available while supplies last. When it's gone, it's gone! Today's special release is from Mama Elephant:

I couldn't pick an image in this cute set, so of course I stamped out 3 of them! I started off by watercoloring the images with my Gansai Tambai watercolors, then once they dried, cut them out with the coordinating dies. I thought about putting them on a card, but as I looked at them, I realized they would be perfect as tags! I die cut some tags using another STAMPtember special release, the Tim Holtz Festive Tags dies. I used fun colors of Spellbinders cardstock, then popped the images and sentiments up on the tags with foam adhesive. I added bows at the top using May Arts Faux Silk ribbon, a few Pinkfresh enamel dots, some dots with a white gel pen, and some sparkly elements with some Stickles. Here is a closer look at the finished set:
