Reverse Confetti November Release Blog Hop - Sending Warm Hugs and Tags

Good morning! It's time! The NEW November Release is live at Reverse Confetti - and the DT (and some very special guests!) are hopping with even more inspiration for you!

First up to share with you today, I have perhaps my favorite card that I made with this release!

For this card I started off by stamping and coloring in several of the adorable images from the new Huggable stamp set, and die cut them out with the Coordinating Dies.

I die cut 3 of the smallest circles from the new Circle Tag Confetti Cuts as spaces for each critter to sit, and layered it over some of the pattern paper from the new 6x6 Winter Wonder Pattern Paper Pad.

Popped the critters up on foam adhesive, stamped and heat embossed a sentiment in white on some Piggy Bank cardstock, and popped that up on foam adhesive as well. Finished off with a sprinkling of sparkling clear sequins for some sparkle!

Next up, Reverse Confetti is participated in the 25 Days of Christmas tags, so I have a couple of tags to share as well!

For these tags I used the new Circle Tag Confetti Cuts and die cut them from watercolor paper, then stamped on some of the lovely flowers from the new Beautiful Memories stamp set.

It had been far too long since I pulled out my Peerless Watercolors, so I decided to use those to color the images in. I always love how bright and vibrant they are!

I finished off with a sentiment from the new Thank You stamp set, and added some sparkly Nuvo drops to the flowers, then tied some twine on the top of them.

Here is a peek at the new products I used that released today!

Hey there, beautiful!

Good morning! Stopping by today a happy and summery little Reverse Confetti card!

I used the darling little flamingos from the recently released Think Pink Stamp set to stamp a background on watercolor paper, then watercolored it in. I then die cut the pinked circle from Flowers for Mom Confetti Cuts out of vellum, and the banner out of black cardstock to heat emboss my sentiment. Once my background dried, I added some black splatters, allowed it to dry again, then layered the circle and banner along with some silver thread and a few sparkly pink sequins.

Also linking this up with a couple challenges - first up the SSS Monday Challenge - Let's Take a Vacation:

And finally, this week's Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes:

Here are the Reverse Confetti supplies I used on this card - click on any of the photos to get a closer look at anything:

LID February Spring Release - Day 1

Hello! So happy today to begin sharing some fun projects for the brand new release at Lil' Inker Designs - another fun and fabulous release! You should have arrived here from Chrissy Larson - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win the amazing giveaway. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards!

First up, I have a card featuring a several of the new items - and with a spring feel and color scheme!

First off, I used the heart from Sweet Celebration Dies to die cut two kraft hearts - these feel like grapevine wreaths to me! I die cut the fabulous new background die - Quilted Stitched So Sunny Die on watercolor paper, then did some distress ink smooshing over the top of it. Added some gold splatters for good measure. Once that dried, I added my two wreaths with some adhesive in selected spots, so it hung free in other spots and felt a bit more realistic. Heat embossed a sentiment from Sweet Celebrations Stamp set on a banner from the same Sweet Celebration Dies, and then die cut the new Celebrate Word Die from pattern paper and added those with some gold sequins to finish off!

Next up, I have been wanting to try some ombre watercoloring again - so I made a super simple and nearly one layer card!

I used two shades of blue watercolors, and some green at the very bottom - blending everything together. I added a sentiment from Sweet Celebrations Stamp Set at the bottom, then die cut the word blessed from Brush Script Spring Word Dies from black and white cardstock, layered them together, and adhered directly on the ombre colors.

Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!
