Tea Party Thanks Cards - Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my first cards using the newest August 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Best-TeasThis month's kit is so cute with a tea and coffee theme! The included stamp set has some adorable little images to fit the theme, and some fun large sentiments that are a perfect fit (there is a matching die set available HERE as well)! There are some fun coffee theme pattern papers, a bottle of the new Perfect Splatter Medium...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, word die, and more!

The monthly card kit has even more perks now when you sign up for the Subscription service! There is a video HERE you can watch to learn more!

I used a BUNCH of the cute images in the stamp set to create a background. I used the included Sage cardstock in the kit, and arranged all the images to fill my space. Since I had it all lined up in my MISTI anyway, I then stamped and heat embossed once in white, and once with Gold Pearl embossing powder. Once they were heat set, I added some ink blending around the edges with Juniper ink to make it pop, then added some of the white splatter medium over top. Once that dried, I popped the panels up on white cardbases, added sentiments from EZ Strips Thank You Reverse sentiments, and a few Dazzling Clear gems clustered around those sentiments! Which color do you prefer - the white or the gold? I'd love to hear! Here is a closer look at both of these:

Encouraging City Windows - Simon Says Stamp July Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share a couple more cards using the newest July 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Through the Window (and a few additional items from my stash to mix in!)! This month's kit is so cute with lots of windows and fun scenes! The included stamp set features a fun window, lots of scenes to fill the window, and another set of window dies that open! There are some fun cityscape pattern papers, sweet embellishment mix...that's all not to mention the cardstock, glue, distress ink, and more!

For these cards I wanted to use some bigger panels of the pretty pattern papers, and since I can't get enough of those window dies, I wanted to incorporate them as well! I trimmed panels of the pattern paper to fit on my white cardbases and leave a white border down each side. Next, I die cut each of the 3 Window Trio wafer dies from Honey Gold cardstock, and then backed each one with vellum to help separate them from the background. I used sentiments from the EZ Strips Reverse I See You sentiment strips, and finished off with a few Dazzling Gold gems! Here is a closer look at these cards:

Simple Masculine Birthday Cards - Simon Says Stamp July Card Kit

Good morning! Today I have a couple more cards using the newest July 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Through the WindowThis month's kit is so cute with lots of windows and fun scenes! The included stamp set features a fun window, lots of scenes to fill the window, and another set of window dies that open! There are some fun cityscape pattern papers, sweet embellishment mix...that's all not to mention the cardstock, glue, distress ink, and more!

Lately I've been noticing my guy card stash was getting really low, and I thought some of the elements of this kit worked really well to create a couple to build it up a little! I started off by creating a bit of a stenciled background using the new Landscapes stencil by just repeating the patterns. I used Tidepool for one with the wave pattern, and Aspen for the other using the hill design. I started at the top, and kept moving down and changing positions. Then I stamped my sentiment and image over the top of that. I created an inset frame using A2 rectangles and a mix of white and black cardstock that helped highlight the center focal point. And as much as I was itching to add some bling - I refrained, even though it was hard! Here are more photos of the finished set:

I love these easy-breazy cards with the sweet and bright window scenes outside! I used all 3 of the fun Window Trio wafer die set, and cut them from white cardstock. Then I backed each one with a bit of the pattern paper from the included La-La Land Crafts In the City 6x6 papers. I created cardbases from Ivory cardstock, and then cut varying size strips of Peacock and Banana cardstock to layer diagonally across the front with some liquid glue. I added the windows with foam adhesive, and then stamped sentiments directly below from the Through the Window stamp set in the kit. Here is a closer look at all these fun cards:

Vintage Floral Cards - Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit

Hello! I'm popping in to share my a couple more cards using the newest June 2025 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Captured Joy (I'll update a direct link to the kit when I get home - currently on vacation!)! This month's kit has a lovely spring floral feel to it! The included stamp set features some fun photo frame images and sentiments, and there is also a coordinating die! There are some fun pattern papers and rub ons, an embossing folder, embellishment mix...that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!

These cards just make me feel like I stepped into a vintage shop! Again, I couldn't resist putting more of those rub ons to work - and this time I discovered they worked beautifully on vellum! I again used my Empress machine, and love the effect on the translucent vellum! I tore the edge, added another layer with a similarly torn edge, and then layered over some of the gorgeous pattern paper in the kit. Added some Clear Dazzling Gems, a couple of stamped washi pieces from the stamp set in the kit (stamped in Clay and Lilac inks), and a simple die cut sentiment from the kit. Here is a closer look at each of these cards:
