Our Friendship is a Work of Art

Good morning! Dropping by this morning with an artsy Reverse Confetti Card!

I knew I wanted to use this pattern paper for my card - I love the artsy paintbrush type of stripes - which seemed like a perfect fit for the sentiments and images from Work of Art. I stamped those on a label from Hello and Thanks Label Confetti Cuts, and added a bit of distress ink to the edges to soften it and help it blend with the background paper a bit. I added a couple frames cut with All Framed Up Confetti Cuts from Flamingo and Stone cardstocks, and a bit of jute twine to finish it off!

Winnie and Walter June Release - Day 2 - Party Balloon Shaker

Good morning! Welcome to Day 2 of sneak peeks for the brand new Winnie and Walter release! This is a FABULOUS release full of lots of fun new goodies! Today I've created a giant shaker balloon using some fabulous new dies and stamps premiering today on the Winnie and Walter Blog!

The amazing new Big Balloon Cutaways are so fabulous that I don't think there are words for how fun they are! The largest two balloons are perfectly designed for making shaker cards - this is a standard A2 size card (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) - and look at how huge that balloon is! I filled my shaker with lots of fun Pretty Pink Posh sequins, then added the new big In a Word: Party Cutaway that premiered yesterday, as well as a few of the adorable sentiments from another set premiering today - Sentimental: Birthday on hand trimmed banners.

Pineapple Summer!

Good morning! I'm dropping by this morning with anther card using some of the fabulous NEW Simon Says Stamp One of a Kind Release! Today I used the fun Dancing Fruits Stamp Set - I just LOVE these pineapples!

I used a few different colors of SSS inks to create an ombre effect on these pineapples. So easy and fun and adds so much depth to them! I trimmed a bit off the bottom of the card and backed it with a strip of black cardstock cut with a scallop border die, then added some gold washi tape on the border. Finished off with a splattering of gold watercolors and a few enamel dots - and rounded off one corner!
