Good morning! Welcome to Day 2 of sneak peeks for the first release of 2018 at Reverse Confetti! This release is fresh and new - perfect for the new year! Today's card was made with what may quite possibly be one of my new favorite sets!
This stamp set is called Something Wonderful - and has the most gorgeous floral image! I used Seafoam Dye ink to stamp a background, then stamped my sentiment from the same set in black ink. I masked off the sentiment, then added a GENEROUS amount of gold splatters from my Starry Colors Palette - my favorite for gold touches like this.
Once that dried, I trimmed the panel down slightly and mounted on a Stone cardbase, then added a few flat gold confetti from Pretty Pink Posh to finish off and add a touch more sparkle.
Jen recently put together this FABULOUS ink chart showing all the gorgeous Reverse Confetti Dye ink colors - a wonderful reference! Can you find the Seafoam that I used on my card?
Here is a peek at the new products I used that will be releasing in a few days !

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! I love the soft background colors!
ReplyDeleteHow clever using the gold on top and making sure the sentiment stays sharp. I also like the stone cardstock. I don't think I would have thought of that because of the gold, but it works beautifully. Happy New Year everyone!
