Lace, Twine, and Button Embellishment

Good morning! Dropping in with another card using a recent Unity Stamp Company sentiment kit - the same layout as the two I posted the other day (you can see them HERE) and another Quick Tip video, but this time sharing how I added the lace and twine embellishment along the bottom.

Such a fun way to add a simple bit of texture and interest to a simple card...

And I still love the gorgeous florals in this set! These I colored with Zig Brush markers instead of Copics.

Simple Two Tone Copic Florals

Good evening! Thought I would drop by real quick tonight with a couple of recent cards that hadn't made it to the old blog yet! :) These are both using a fabulously versatile sentiment set from Unity Stamp Company - I'm pretty sure these are some of my most used Unity sets!

I also have a Quick Tip video showing how these flowers work fabulously for coloring with Copics with just two colors - the work of shading is done for you already, really.

I matched the colors I used to my background pattern paper for a monochromatic feel.

Isn't this a lovely floral image?

And now, change the colors, change the sentiment, and despite the same layout and embellishments, it is a totally different card!

I tucked some doily under the front panel, added some jute twine and a button the front panel, then adhered together with foam adhesive in between.

Again, kept the colors monochromatic!

Thankful for You - Unity Stamp of the Week
