Pinkfresh Studio STAMPtember Exclusive

Hello! I stopped by to share a card using the BRAND NEW Pinkfresh Studio STAMPtember exclusive! I've used it to put together this simple card design:

This beautiful set has a gorgeous floral rectangular wreath with a coordinating die that does some partial die cutting.

I die cut the image first from vellum, then used my MISTI to line up and stamp the image over the top and heat emboss in white. I turned if over and used a rounded embossing tool to rub some texture into the images and raise it up a bit - something I haven't done for a while, but one of my favorite techniques!

I die cut a window using Essentials: Basic Label Frames, and placed some Just a Little Lovely pattern paper behind, stamping my sentiment in the window. I did some messy machine stitching around the window to attach it to the pattern paper.

I masked that area and the outside off and added a few splatters around with Licorice Liquid Watercolors, and let it dry VERY thoroughly! Can you see the embossed texture on this card?

Evelin T Second Release Blog Hop - Wishing You Much Joy Winter Scene

Good morning! I'm so very excited this morning to be hopping along for the second release from Evelin T Designs! If you haven't seen her designs before - you are going to love them! She has such an adorable and whimsical style of illustrating - I know you are going to fall in love with it all! Today is a blog hop with some talented designers - and the new release goes live at 9 AM EDT so you can start shopping!

For this card today I'm using the darling new Fun in the Snow stamp set!

I created a wintry background using Gouache Paint - and once that dried, layered on some vellum for "ice" and a few snowflakes sprinkled around the background.

I added very simple Copic coloring to those darling images, and layered them on with foam adhesive. Tied some jute string in a simple knot underneath.

Stamped the sentiment on a piece of white cardstock, then layered some glittery Nuvo drops around the edges of that, and the scarves and skates of the sweet bears.

Reverse Confetti STAMPtember Exclusive

Hello! I stopped by to share a card using the BRAND NEW Reverse Confetti STAMPtember exclusive! I've used it to put together a rather simple card design - since I was running out of time before heading out of town for two weeks, I didn't have a ton of time to spend on it. Fortunately...this stamp set doesn't require much work to be stunning!

This stamp set is so fun and a bit unique - each of the different leaf designs is tinted a certain color to help it line up. I actually just followed the color coding on the stamp set!

Once I had it all stamped, I also added the sentiment, then coated the leaves with Glossy Accents for a bit of dimension.

Finished off with a few Pretty Pink Posh white jewels, and a rounded corner at the top left!

Reverse Confetti September Release Blog Hop - Blessed Fridge Magnet

Good morning! It's time! The NEW September Release is live at Reverse Confetti - and the DT (and some very special guests!) are hopping with even more inspiration for you!

For today, I'm sharing a fun project - it looks like a card from the front...

But...from the back, you can see it's a magnet to put on my fridge!

I thought it would be a fun way reminder in this busy season of how blessed I am and how much I have to be thankful for!

I layered together lots of the beautiful pattern paper from the new This & That 6x6 Pattern Paper over a panel of white cardstock. I die cut the new Blessed Word Confetti Cut 3 times from Midnight cardstock and layered them together for a nice thick embellishment. I framed it with a Stitched Square that I trimmed a bit smaller to fit the front of my panel.

I heat embossed some of the flowers from the fun new With a Thankful Hearts stamp set in white on black cardstock, and die cut them out with the Coordinating Confetti Cuts. Layered those together with a sentiment from the same set on the framed area, then finished off with some black jute twine tied in a bow around the entire panel!

So much fun fall dimension, don't you think?

Here is a peek at the new products I used that released today!

Reverse Confetti September Release Day 3 - Peace and Joy

Good morning! Welcome to the 3rd and final day of sneak peeks for the fabulous new September Release at Reverse Confetti! Woohoo! The release is live tomorrow, the 8th and there will be a blog hop to celebrate! Make sure and come back for that!

Today once again have two cards to share with you - first up this sweet and simple little scene:

The new Joyous Holiday stamp set is so perfect for sweet simple Christmas scenes like this! I love all the little angels!

I also used the new All the Stars Confetti Cuts for the background - layered over a cardbase created with Bumblebee Cardstock.

A bit of clear sparkly Nuvo drops on parts of the images, and a bit of jute string tied around the bottom finished this card all off!

Next up, this card with a bit of a vintage vibe:

This card features the new Joys of the Season - I love the the fun vibe of the images on this set, and the sentiment is absolutely STUNNING!

I did some soft ink blending on the background with Stone dye ink, then stamped one of the smaller images around the outside in the same color ink for a bit of extra texture. Kind of hard to see in the photos, but a fun bit of texture nonetheless. I also added a bit of black splatter with my Pinkfresh Licorice Liquid Watercolors to the background.

I also added some of the greenery stamped with two colors of green ink - Avocado and Lime Green - and tucked it behind the main bell image, colored with Copics and highlighted with some white gel pens. Layered the entire thing together over some of the lovely new 6x6 This & That Pattern Paper Pad.

Here is a look at the new products that I used on these cards that will be releasing in a few days!

Let's Get Lost - Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Live Cards

Good morning! Yesterday was the day for my regular weekly Facebook Live video - featuring some of the BRAND NEW August release from Pinkfresh Studio! If you missed the Live video and want to take a peek, you can find it on the Pinkfresh Facebook Page - this week's video is available HERE. As always today, there was one giveaway for someone who watched live, so make sure and pop in next week to win that live giveaway - 10 AM Pacific time on Thursday morning! I also always try to post info here the next day on the card we make - for those that aren't on Facebook or maybe didn't see it over there.

So...here is some more info and photos of the card we made, as well as links to all the products used!

For today's card I kept it pretty simple - following along (mostly) with the card design idea on the back of the stamp set card insert for Falling For You - I did add a few twists of my own though!

Some of it we heat embossed and did resist inking with Distress Oxide inks, and some of it we stamped in colored ink. The background of the sky and some of the green grass on the bottom was created with Distress oxide inks.

Some foam adhesive between layers add a touch of dimension - and in the card we created during the Live video, we added some sparkly glitter with some clear Nuvo drops on the waterfall, tops of the mountains, and edges of the clouds!
