Friends Fill Life's Garden

Hello! Super excited to share that there is a BRAND NEW Simon Says Stamp release called New Beginnings! It feels like a while since the last release, so it's definitely exciting to have new spring goodies to play with! I will be participating in a blog hop on Friday (using THIS new release that is probably one of my favorites from the new release!) to celebrate, but couldn't resist stopping by early to share one quick card with you using the fabulous new floral layering stamp set, Friends of Life:

I absolutely LOVE this stamp set! The layers are super pretty! I purposely didn't line them up perfectly on my card - I was going for a sketchy look, but the practice ones I stamped first were very easy to line up, and you could easily use your MISTI to make it even easier. And I love the pretty greenery too! This was super easy to stamp all out in one layer.

I stamped the large "friends" directly over my florals, and then heat embossed the tiny addition to the sentiment in white on a strip of black cardstock. I lined that up diagonally with the larger sentiment, added some jute twine, and finished off with some Pretty Pink Posh Clear Droplets for embellishment.

I already placed my order for some of the things I didn't receive - first up, the beautiful new ink colors you can find HERE. I also fell in LOVE with THESE sweet bunnies and new I needed to play with them! The font on THIS sentiment stamp set is perfection - and THIS fun spring garden stamp makes me itch for warmer weather and digging in the dirt!
