Good morning! I'm here today to share my first card with the BRAND NEW January 2021 Simon Says Stamp Card Kit - Snowflake Season! This kit is frosty and wintry, and perfect for sending love in the cold winter months! The included stamp set by the same name has lovely detailed images and perfectly coordinating sentiments, there is some STUNNING snowy pattern paper a beautiful snowflake die, a gorgeous snowflake embossing folder - that's all not to mention the cardstock, envelopes, and more!
I have a frosty clean and simple card to share with you today!
I used lots of items from the kit for this card. I started off by die cutting that gorgeous snowflake die from white cardstock, covering it with liquid glue, and sprinkling with the fun glitter included in the kit - so sparkly and pretty! I set that aside to dry, while I moved on to using that embossing folder on some white cardstock.
Finally, I assembled the card by adding 3 thin strips of the colored cardstock in the kit to ground that snowflake, then adhered that in the center of those strips with a bit of liquid glue just in the center which allows the rest of the snowflake to float up a bit around the edges. Added a tiny sentiment from the stamp set in the kit, and mounted the entire thing on a Fog gray cardbase.
