Hello! The BRAND NEW Rain or Shine Release from Simon Says Stamp just went live - and wanted to pop in and share my first projects with you! These cards feature the gorgeous new Clematis Glitter Cardstock, and perfectly coordinated Clematis Embellishment Mix, as well as the new Dotty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder, and CZ Thank You Basics stamp set.
I started off by die cutting some of that Clematis Glitter Cardstock with the previously released Lace Heart die twice For one card I cut a window out of the center using Deco Heart die, creating a frame. For the other card, I die cut a piece of white cardstock the same size to layer over the top. Similar idea, just different looks! I turned one into a shaker card, die cutting the same heart as a window in a panel of cardstock, and filling it with the new Clematis Embellishment mix as well as the new Cottontail Embellishment Mix. The second card I added a panel of white cardstock embossed with the new Dotty Diamonds 3D Embossing folder, and tucked a few of the same Clematis Embellishment mix on that card. Both cards use CZ Thank You Basics stamp set for the sentiments, and a bit of Lawn Fawn white hemp twine finished each one off! Here is a closer look at these cards:
