Beautiful SSS Hydrangeas!

Good morning! Sharing a card this morning using the beautiful Hydrangea Petals Wafer die from a recent Simon Says Stamp release. When I received these, I was a little intimidated by them to be honest - but yesterday decided to pull them out and conquer them - and I'm SOOO glad I did! They were WAY WAY WAY easier to use than I expected!

Aren't they beautiful? For this card I die cut all 4 flowers a total of 6 times all out of white cardstock, giving me 16 blooms in 4 sizes. I inked them all up with a foam ink blender and SSS Lavender Dye ink. I love the variation of color that gave them over just die cutting out of solid cardstock. I laid them all out in the design I wanted, then used Glad Press 'N Seal to pick them up and add glue to the back of them. Once they dried, I curled up the edges of everything for dimension - isn't it pretty?

For the background I used SSS Sea Glass cardstock, and inked up the upper right corner with SSS Maliblue Dye ink and an ink blender before adhering the flowers. Sentiment is heat embossed from Beautiful Ride stamp set in white on black cardstock, then adhered over the top. Finished off with some Pretty Pink Posh Clear Droplets adhered in the center of the flowers with Glossy Accents, and a few white paint splatters.
