Good morning! stopping by today for the monthly Reverse Confetti blog hop! This is a non-release month, so instead of showcasing new products, we are sharing projects using already released items - in my case some older, newer, and newest! Make sure and leave a comment before you leave for a chance to win a $15 gift card to Reverse Confetti!
Today I am sharing a couple of simple wall hanging art pieces that I created to give some special nieces who are moving into new bedrooms soon due to a remodel and expansion of their house!
Today I am sharing a couple of simple wall hanging art pieces that I created to give some special nieces who are moving into new bedrooms soon due to a remodel and expansion of their house!
I used Linked Circles Cover Panel to create a base for my butterflies from Butterfly Dreams die cut with the coordinating Butterfly Dreams Confetti Cuts. I die cut the Linked Circles Cover Panel from Cloud White cardstock, then trimmed off the edges for a lacier feel. I attached it just behind the butterflies so it also has a free floating feel.
For the first one, I stamped the butterfly with Lime Green Dye ink, then used Piggy Bank and Lime Green Cardstocks for my layers.
For the second one I used Aqua ink to stamp my butterfly, and Aqua and new Sunshine Cardstocks for my layers.
Butterflies were mounted with foam adhesive, and I used a layer of foam between the two colors of cardstock for dimension. I used some coordinating ribbon from my stash to create a hanger for the top to finish these off!
Here is a peek at the products that I used on my projects today! All photos are linked to the Reverse Confetti Store!
There are also a few more days to shop the sale as well:
