Hello! Welcome back for Day 2 of a fun new release at Lil' Inker Designs - a super fun mix of stamps and dies in this release! So excited to start sharing them with you! You should have arrived here from Chrissy Larson - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win the amazing giveaway. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards!
I'm starting off today with a birthday card using the new Eat Cake Stamps and Eat Cake Dies!
Love how these sentiments fit in the cake die cuts! I heat embossed it in white on black cardstock, and added a panel die cut with the new Hello Beautiful Cover Up Die - only partially punching out the circles for some texture. I added a frame cut using two sizes of Stitched Mats: Dual Stitched Squares, some sparkly Christmas paper (surprise!), and a bit of jute twine!
Next up, another favorite new stamp set from this release - Encouraging Words:
I stamped and colored some of the flowers from Encouraging Words and die cut with the coordinating Encouraging Words Dies. I used the new Deco Edge Border Die and two shades of pink cardstock to give a torn edge effect - but it also keeps it nice and neat which I love! Sentiment stamped on a circle, background done with Quilted Stitched Pattern Die, and a few white enamel dots finish this one off!
Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!
And now the really fun part! One lucky person is going to win THE ENTIRE RELEASE! Winner will be chosen from comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!

ReplyDeleteBoth of your cards are so sweet! I love that the Eat Cake stamps and dies work equally well for masculine and feminine cards. "There's always hope" is one of the best sentiments I've seen in a long time. We all need that reminder sometimes!
