Good morning! Dropping by today to share a card I made yesterday for Pinkfresh Studio's Facebook Live - we've been doing lots of layering stencils lately, so it was fun to break out a newer layering stamp set for this time around! You can watch the replay HERE if you want to see more details.
It was also fun to take a stamp set that feels like it was designed more for a standard card size - the Rare & Beautiful stamp set - and use it on a slimline card. There is something fun about the larger canvas of slimline cards!
I defaulted back to Coral Reef ink - so hard not too when it is so pretty! I also used Fresh Pear for the green layer on this stamp set, as well as to stencil the background using Inverted Diamond slimline stencil. The words were stamped with Detail Black ink, then both layers die cut with the coordinating dies.
This wasn't a card to go low use on the foam adhesive - so we have foam adhesive for the main panel on our soft pink cardbase (first die cut using Slim Diagonal Rectangles dies), foam behind the main floral image, and foam behind the words - definitely not a flat easily mailable card, but perfect for hand delivering!
The additional sentiments were stamped using the new Reason to Smile Wreath stamp set - so many fabulous sentiments on this stamp set! And a few sparkly Essentials Jewels and Essentials Crystals finish this card off!
