Floral Frame Friend Card - Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Live Card

Good morning! Dropping by today to share a card I made, once again late since it was a few weeks ago for Pinkfresh Studio's Facebook Live. Normally I would say that you could watch the replay, and give you a link. But Facebook had a weird moment, and decided to delete this video saying it violated a standard about selling tickets. Which is really confusing...since I definitely wasn't selling tickets! And of course, it was one of my favorite cards lately, and the video went well with no bloopers - haha! Oh well...at least I still had the card to take photos, and I can still share those here!

I used the fun In My Heart set to create this card. I love the fun frame design on it! I heat embossed it in gold, then used the layering stencils and a fun fall color combo that was a bit non-traditional, but I love how it came out! Once that was done, I die cut it with the coordinating die.

For the background, I did something different than usual. I dry embossed the background in ivory cardstock, then die cut it from white cardstock and layered them together. It added a bit of extra dimension and fun to the layers.

I was just going to use a sentiment from the stamp set, but decided to add a secondary sentiment hot foiled using the Phrase Builder: Hello set. I even switched from the gold foil I initially thought of using, and foiled the word "friend" with purple foil, and I so love how it came out! Definitely made me feel inspired to branch out on my foil color choices!

Added the floral frame to the card with foam adhesive, then added the two sentiments, also with foam adhesive. Gotta have that dimension!

Finished off with some Metallic Gold pearls on the centers of all the larger flowers - the perfect additional sparkle!
