Scandinavian So Very Grateful - Simon Says Stamp

Good morning! Today I have a bit of a throwback card using some lovely supplies from Simon Says Stamp! The stamp set I used for this I got quite some time ago in a card kit, but hadn't used it in a long time. I recently ordered the dies to work alongside it - and I love that having those breathed new life into this set for me! Plus - that scallop heart is fabulous, and I have a feeling I will be using it lots more in the future!

I started off by stamping the images from Happy Hello - the main image in Cadette ink, and then a flower and heart from the set in Zest. I die cut it with the largest Nested Rounded Heart die - which just happens to perfectly coordinate with that scallop heart from the Happy Hello dies that I cut from Rainbow Splash Scarlet cardstock. For the background, I die cut the older Holiday Knit background die from white cardstock, and layered it over a white cardbase for subtle texture. I used a Reverse Thank You sentiment strip, cut with the EZ Strips die, and then hand trimmed on the edges to a banner shape. Used Big Momma foam adhesive to add the layers, and also popped the heart and flower up with foam adhesive on the background, and finished off with a few Dazzling Gems in Sunbeam on the image. Love these fun primary color tones with lots of bright open space! Here are more photos of this card:
