Ribbon Carousel and Market Street Stamps

Okay...tried to do this once, and my oldest daughter (age 8) shut the computer off before I finished. She decided to play some games when I walked away, and when I got back and asked her if she turned the computer off, she said, "No! All I clicked was shut down!" Had to tell her that was the same thing!!! Grrr...oh well...

Anyway, this is my card for the challenge over at Really Reasonable Ribbon - anything goes, with ribbon or twine included on your project. They are sponsored this week by Market Street Stamps, so I had to pull some of my Market Street Stamps out and ink them up for this!

I used two Market Street sets on this card, "Pawprints on our Hearts" and "Vintage Notepad."
The papers are all from a My Minds Eye 6x6 paper pad called Away We Go - love the colors on it!
I stamped and cut out the dog, stamped the collar with a PTI cube ink pad in Perfect Poppy. Used my white gel pens to color the bone on the color, as well as the nose and eye accents.
The center strips are cut, stamped with Vintage Notepad, and layered together. I then attached the dog to just the center blue portion - so the feet and head are unattached. This picture might show it a little better - but it is hard to see!
Stamped the sentiment and the pawprints, and colored the star with some Copic markers. Finished off with a bit of PTI button twine. Oh yes, inked all the edges with Tim Holtz distress ink in Tea Dye.
Well, that is probably it from me today - I need to go start working on dinner and dishes...all those important things! Have a great evening!!!
