Our anniversary is on Feb 17th, so I always cook a fancy meal for my hubby on Valentines Day. Then we go out on the 17th

ReplyDeleteMy husband proposed to me 4 years ago on valentines day . He worked 2nd shift so I was bumbed we wouldn't get to spend the day together, when I got home I walked into our bedroom and there were candles lit and rose petals everywhere . I walked around the corner and on the bed was a huge gift with a big red bow, I opened it and there was a puppy dog stuffed animal ( I am obsessed with animals ) and it was holding a box . He got down on his knees opened it up, and that's when I said I Do :)!!

My favorite Valentine's Day was the day my first grandchild was born--it was a girl and I am the mom of 4 boys.

I work in a nursing home. I love planning a sweetheart dinner for our married couples. Last year, we had a couple who had been married 72 years. Amazing!
