Good morning! Wanted to share today one of my super duper favorite cards from lately! A friend asked me last week if there was a way we could put together a Father's Day card using her 1 year old son's handprint. So...this is what came of it:
She said Daddy liked navy blue, so I found this paper from My Mind's Eye, and used my Lil' Inker's stitched square dies to trim it to size. We used some silver Martha Stewart paint to make his handprint (only took about 5 tries to get it perfect!) - then cut it out with a smaller of the same dies. Added the stamped sentiment from a MFT stamp set, a few enamel dots, and a couple strips of washi tape to finish it off!
Makes me inspired to make one for my husband...but my girls have bigger hands, so it might be a huge card if I try that!
Fabulous, great idea!
