Rainbow Birthday Fun

Good morning! It is time for yet another challenge at My Craft Spot - and today we are playing with the technique of inking. There are SOOOO many different ways to use inking - so I thought I would use a fun and different one!

I used some cardstock that I had cut a circle out of as a mask, and blended rainbow colors of Tim Holtz distress ink across it. I misted it with Smooch Spritz, then removed the mask. I used a waterbrush to blend a little off the sides, then let it all dry. Stamped my sentiment over the top of it using Chalkboard Sentiments, then added some faux stitching and Black Jute String to finish it off.

Thanks for stopping by! Make sure and head over to My Craft Spot to see what the rest of the Design Team created and join in on this week's challenge! Have a great day!!!
