Avocado Arts November Stamp Set - Hollydays

Good morning! I'm up on the Avocado Arts blog this morning to share a few cards with you using the new stamp set for November - love these sweet Christmas images!!!

I always love everything in each set, but for some reason, there is always one that catches my eye first and I can't wait to ink it up! This month - it was that fun tree:

I stamped and heat embossed it in gold on a white die cut frame (using an Avery Elle die) - so elegant! I then added some gorgeous paper from a new Simple Stories paper pad that I had recently gotten (and since this was my favorite, I figured the best way not to hoard it was to use it right away!) Finished off by adding a couple strips of gold glitter washi tape.

Next, I decided to make a super simple card, that left the focus on the beautiful sentiment:

I heat embossed it with Ranger platinum ink on vellum, cut a decorative edge on one side, then stitched it onto a piece of dark gray cardstock to make a banner. Added some pattern paper and enamel dots to finish it off.

And finally - who could resist that darling reindeer?!?!? SOOOO very cute!

For this one, I die cut a two piece tag from Paper Smooches so that I could inlay the kraft portion inside the white. I stamped and colored the deer in with colored pencils, then sponged some white ink around the edges to soften it before attaching it to the rest of the tag. Stamped the sentiment, added an enamel dot nose, and some ribbon and just twine to finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful day!
