Lil' Inker's June Release Day 1

Hello! So happy today to begin sharing some fun projects for the brand new release at Lil' Inker Designs - always an exciting time, and this release is fabulous! You should have arrived here from Angel Rivera - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win one of the giveaways. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards - all THREE of them!

First up, I have the first card I made using lots of the new release goodies! It was so hard digging through everything in this release and choosing what to use first! :)

This card uses a combination of Warm Welcome Stamp Set and coordinating Warm Welcome Die set, as well as the Welcome Word Die that accompanies this so well! The welcome word was cut once from soft blue cardstock and once from black, layered together slightly offset, and coated with Glossy Accents. I also used the new Dual Dotted Border Builder Dies - I think these are going to be tons of fun and so versatile and unique!

Next up, a soft and pretty card playing with the new Hello Beautiful stamp set and Fringe Scallop Square Dies along with some distress inking.

I used a couple of the cute doodle flowers to create a little garden at the bottom of my panel, did some inking with distress ink, and stamped my sentiment, then created a window with the Scallop Square die. A little foam to pop it up, and a looks jute twine bow finish it off! I just love the colors on this one!

And one final one to share today - the new Mirror, Mirror Stamp set and Coordinating Dies are SOOO fun and unique! So many possibilities! There is coordinating Mirrored Reflective Cardstock available to work well with it (and through June 12th use code MIRRORMIRROR at checkout to receive a pack free with the purchase!) However, it works beautifully even without that paper - as I've used it to make this shaker card!

I love this color combo - so bright and happy! I used an ombre ink pad to stamp the mirror, then stamped the sentiment on the center portion.

I filled my shaker card with Mini Iridescent Star Confetti from Pretty Pink Posh, then put dots of Glossy Accents around it, and sprinkled on more confetti so that it looks like the stars are spilling out of the mirror! Such a fun effect - like an overflowing shaker card! :)

Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!

And now the really fun part! There is, of course, a chance to win some shopping money to spend on the new goodies! YAY! Laura is giving away 3 gift certificates for random comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!

Here is the entire Blog Hop line-up - make sure and check out each stop and leave your comments:

  5. Wow, there are so many pretty things to see here! First of all, I love the patterned paper you chose for the first card. Your second card is so soft and feminine. I think "Hello, Beautiful" is my favorite from this release. That "thanks" sentiment is too cute! And your last card is bright and cheery! I love the yellow and teal together.
