Reverse Confetti August Release - Day 2

Good morning! I have some more sneak peek projects for the new release at Reverse Confetti! Today is Day 2 of sneak peeks, and there are two more fun sets we are featuring today with their coordinating dies! All new products will be available in the store on the at midnight EST on August 8th.

My first card today uses Jam Jar Dies and the coordinating stamp set In a Jam:

Isn't that jar fun? I love how the top cuts out! I also used what promises to be a new favorite die -  the All Framed Up Die! Love how you can cut several sizes of frames all with one pass of the die cut machine, and they each have a fun design or pattern on them!

At the top I added one of the die cuts from Hang Ups, Too - tied with some twine, tucked a doily behind the jar and frame, and added some jute twine to the top and the jar. The edges of the pattern paper were distressed with my Tim Holtz distress tool.

The next stamp set we are sharing sneak peeks for is a beautiful sympathy/thinking of you set -Forever in our Hearts:

I started off by doing some ink smooshing with distress ink on watercolor paper for my background. I let it dry once, then added some splatters with the same ink color, then added some white paint splatters.

Aren't those butterflies lovely? I die cut those with three sizes of the Butterfly Dreams Confetti Cuts in vellum, then machine stitched a row down the center to hold them onto my card, but leave the sides free for dimension. Finished off by adding my sentiment with my MISTI to allow me to get a nice dark and clear impression on the watercolor paper.

I am also linking up this second card to the current CASology Challenge - Watercolor:

Here is a peek at the new products I used that will be releasing in a few days - all photos are linked to the Reverse Confetti Store!

    1. The plaid on the first card is a showstoppee, and the doilie really adds to the homemade feel (and memories at canning time). I can't say enough how beautiful the butterflies are with their body stitching and the blue background so perfectly fits the sentiment. Lovely!
