Hello! The day is finally here to start sharing projects with the BRAND NEW release at Lil' Inker Designs for spring and Easter! I have had SOOO much fun playing with this release - wish I had more time to dig into it, and as soon as I get caught up on some other things I know I will be using some of these new goodies a LOT!
You should have arrived here from Chrissy Larson - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win the amazing giveaway. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards!
One of my favorites from this new release is the So Prickly Cactus Dies - a perfect compliment to the previously released So Prickly Stamp Set! I has tons of fun layering them together on this card:
For this card, I die cut all the pieces of So Prickly Cactus Dies from white cardstock, then colored them in with Copic Markers - blending 3 shades of Warm Gray Copics on the pots. I arranged them until I was happy with them, then used Jennifer McGuire's clever trick of Press and Seal to pick them all up, turn over to apply adhesive, then layered them with foam adhesive on a white cardbase that I had used Quilted Stitched Pattern Cover Plate on (one of my favorites!). I added sentiments from So Prickly Stamp set heat embossed on thin strips of black cardstock, and some new PPP Jewels to finish this off!
Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!
Now...how would you like to win the ENTIRE new release?!?!?!? WOW - some lucky winner is going to be VERY happy! Make sure and leave a comment here before hopping along to the next stop - and leave comments at each stop for a chance to win!
