Background Stamps Two Ways- Pinkfresh Facebook Live Cards

Good morning! Last Thursday was the day for our weekly Pinkfresh Studio Facebook Live! If you missed the Live video and want to take a peek, you can find it on the Pinkfresh Facebook Page - this week's video is available HERE. As always, there was one giveaway for someone who watched live, so make sure and pop in each week to win that live giveaway - 10 AM Pacific time on Thursday morning!

I have been trying to post info here the next day on the card (or cards) we make - for those that aren't on Facebook or maybe didn't see it over there - but thought I might switch things up and post the day before the NEXT Facebook Live, as a reminder that there will be one the next day. We'll see how it goes - and if this works better! So without further ado, here is a look at the cards we created last week - we used some different colors and sentiments, so you may want to check out the replay of the video!

So...here are the cards we made last week using the new Abstract Cube and Floral Diamond Background Stamps!

For this first card, we stamped and heat embossed the background on watercolor cardstock, then colored with some of Pinkfresh Studio's liquid watercolors. Check out the video to see the card we made - I love the way the background lined up on that one best - it gave a deeper more diagonal line!

This second one we stamped very simply in Pinkfresh's new black ink that is releasing very soon! Then we die cut a border along the side to mount over some colored cardstock.

The watercolor panel was mounted with foam on a white cardbase, and a simple little sentiment added on a diagonal.

The other one we just added a large die cut sentiment using Sentiment Suite: Hello Die, die cut from black cardstock, and vellum for the shadow layer. Before attaching that, we added some gold stripes with Pinkfresh's matte gold washi tape.

There are slight variations on both of these cards that we created live, so feel free to check them out and tell me which ones you like best! And - hope to see you tomorrow for this week's Facebook Live!
