Unity Friends with Flair - Travel Light

Happy Friday - and welcome to another week of Friends with Flair! I seriously think this is one of my favorite days of the week! I love that the weekend is almost here, and I love visiting Unity Stamp's Blog to see what everyone has been up to all week! I made this card a while back for the publication call for Papercrafts magazine. I have never tried before, so I wasn't that surprised or disappointed that neither of my two cards were chosen, but I kind of figured if I didn't try, I would never know if I would have had a chance, you know? So, this was for the beating the winter blues section - to use the color blue. I inked up these stamps from Unity Stamp Co. for the first time - LOVE them! Used a Fiskar's corner punch, an EK success edge punch, and some pretty rosebud ribbon that I am in love with and will probably be using much more often!

    This is so gorgeous. I love that soft tone of blue and the rose ribbon, I have just been eyeing the same one off at one of my favorite online store.
