Good morning! It's the start of a new challenge at Little Tangles - and the theme this time is Die-cutting! I am so in love with the newest release - had to have that Punchinella Die - and the adorable little kids in Better Together - so I combined them to make this soft and girlie card:
As I mentioned above - our theme this month is die cutting - my only die cutting on this card is the vellum Punchinella - but I love the simple focal point it creates!
I heat embossed the girl on watercolor paper, used soft colors to color her in, then fussy cut her out. I heat embossed the "hello" part of the sentiment on vellum as well, and fussy cut it out - but left everything to the left of the "h" intact - that way I could adhere it behind the girl and not have my adhesive show. Trimmed a little banner for the rest of the sentiment, added some pretty pattern paper from Pink Paislee, and used a ruler to add some white pencil lines around the outside - just to help it pop a bit more.
Here are links to the products I used on this including affiliate links where possible. Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!!!
