Hello! So happy today to begin sharing some fun projects for the brand new release at Lil' Inker Designs - always an exciting time, and this release is fabulous! You should have arrived here from Lisa Henke - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win one of the giveaways. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards - so much fun stuff!
I have so many fun cards to share with this release - I'm loving it! First up this one with lots of die cutting, stamping, and watercoloring - the sentiment expresses how excited I am to start sharing this release!
For this card I used the adorable Doodled Daisies Stamps and coordinating Doodled Daisies Dies. I stamped the flowers on watercolor paper with Versamark ink, then messy watercolored, let dry, and cut out. I also added some Glossy Accents to every other line in the flowers for a bit of dimension and shine.
The Quilted Stitched Spirals Die makes a fabulous background! I am absolutely in LOVE with this die! I also layered the Fringe Scallop Circle for the sentiment, added a couple little soft gray "splats" (don't know what else to call them!) on there from The Little Things Stamp set - the hearts are also from there, colored with Copics and also with a bit of Glossy Accents on them.
Next up, a rather soft and elegant birthday card, using the same Little Things Stamp Set, as well as the coordinating Little Things Dies:
Do you see on the tag - I used a couple of the leaf images to stamp a background in soft blue - hard to see in the photos, but kinda fun!
I really love this bird to - so pretty and easy to put together. A little jute twine and a fun sentiment from the set finish this one off.
Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!
And now the really fun part! There is, of course, a chance to win some shopping money to spend on the new goodies! YAY! Laura is giving away 3 gift certificates for random comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!
