So...kind of keeping with the same theme here lately! Another one of the many birthday cards I have been trying to catch up on! This one is for my little nephew, one of the birthday's I missed earlier this month. Since he turned 3, I'm pretty sure he will forgive me for being late! I am also planning on linking this up with the January Ribbon Carousel Challenge - Winter Spirit. Anyway, this is what I made for him:
I pulled out a Lil' Inker Designs stamp that I hadn't had the opportunity to use yet, and had fun coloring him up with Copic markers.
He was stamped on a circle cut with a Spellbinders Die, then layered on some October Afternoon Holiday Style 8x8 papers.
I stamped the sentiment from the same set, but split it, and added in the "birthday" word from a different Lil' Inker's Designs stamp set.
All of the edges are inked with Tim Holz distress ink in Antique Linen.
And finished off with a bit of Baker's Twine and an October Afternoon button.
Hope you are staying "beary" warm wherever you are! The other day we started off the day at -28 degrees, and got all the way up to a high of 0 degrees (which lasted for a few minutes - the majority of the time we maxed out at -2 degrees!) Never been more thankful for a warm and cozy house - that's for sure!
