Good morning! I'm stopping by with One last card card using the brand new Simon Says Stamp Monthly Card Kit for November - Thankful Heart - I love the rich fall colors that this card and envelope combo ended up achieving!
Here's another look at this kit:
I did some emboss resist on this card - stamping and heat embossing the sentiment on watercolor paper in white, then doing some ink blending with some coordinating distress inks, then running a wet brush over it to blend it together a bit. I also added some splatters again by smooshing the little Celestial Copper Delicata Ink Pad onto my nonstick mat, adding some water, and then flicking on with a wet brush. I did some on the wet distress ink, and a bit after it dried as well.
The strip of vellum I used the included embossing folder in the kit, then added a scallop edge and tucked under the front panel. Pattern paper is from the kit. Finished off with some Pretty Pink Posh Rose Gold sequins - and the envelope with the scallop edge and fun sentiment stamped on it again as well!

the emboss resist is beautiful and I love that embossed vellum. It reminds me of lace embroidery. Gorgeous.
