Hello! Back again for the third and final day of the brand new release at Lil' Inker Designs! You should have arrived here from Chrissy Larson - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win the amazing giveaway. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards!
I have a couple cards today to share that are fairly bold and graphic!
This first one uses a fun new Color Blocking Die - so fun for mixing and matching cardstock or pattern paper for a fun look to the front of your cards! I used a couple different solid color cardstocks, then pieced them together with tape on the back and die cut with a Stitched Rectangle before adhering to my cardbase. I heat embossed a sentiment from Cat Treats Stamp Set on a strip of black cardstock, and then stamped one of the cute kitties and cut with the coordinating Cat Treats Dies - leaving it uncolored to add to the graphic feel. I also stamped a few hearts from the stamp set - doing some masking to make random clusters of 3's, then colored them in with a white gel pen before adhering the kitty with foam adhesive.
Next up, I went with bold guy colors!
For this one I used Quilted Stitched So Sunny Die on my orange cardstock, then die cut out a window using Stitched Circles. I stamped and die cut the bike from Rustic Spring on blue cardstock, then just added some highlights with a white gel pen. I used a leftover piece of green from the card above (love not wasting things!) and built a sentiment from a combination of Cat Treats and Bunny Buddies Stamp and Die bundle.
Your next stop along the blog hop is Jennifer Carter - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!
And now the really fun part! One lucky person is going to win THE ENTIRE RELEASE! Winner will be chosen from comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!
