Vintage Sepia Watercoloring

Good morning! Today I have a card using watercolors for a vintage sepia tone coloring effect - and a Quick Tip video showing how I did it as well!

Here is the video:

I love the old fashioned look of sepia tone coloring - and while I have done it before with Copics, I think this is the first time I tried it with watercolors.

I used my Tim Holtz distress tool for the edges of the watercolor paper, then mounted with foam adhesive on some pattern paper from my stash - I believe it was from DCWV, but not certain since it has been sitting there for a while!

Product links are all below - including affiliate links where possible, which simply means if you use one of the links below that I receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!!!

  1. So pretty, Heather! The sepia colors add a lovely charm to your card, especially with the blue wash in the background. Thank you for your great video - it helps me understand techniques better.
