Good morning! I recently picked up a couple new dies from Simon Says Stamp - as well as a GORGEOUS new paper pad from Dear Lizzy (who I even got to meet at CHA last month - I know, pinch me, right?) called Lovely Day. I couldn't wait to sit down and play with them - and this is wait I ended up creating:
My very favorite paper from the pad was these darling foxes - and I certainly didn't want to hide any more of them than absolutely necessary! I love using pattern papers from the same 6x6 paper pad - they always coordinate so well together for layering and such, and these were no exception. I used the (new to me) A2 Card Curved Edge Craft Die from SSS to cut an edge, then tucked a bit of the black stripe pattern paper underneath. I used some different pattern paper to cut a small banner using (the also new to me) Stitched Banners Wafer Dies. Finished off with a simple thanks die cut in white using Painted Thanks, and a bit of hemp twine twisted into a bow and attached with a criss-cross of staples using my Tim Holtz Tiny Attacher. Mostly flat - with only the exception of the bow!
