Watercolor Flower Medallion - SSS New Release Hop and GIVEAWAY

Good morning! I'm delighted today to be part of the HUGE blog hop celebrating the BRAND NEW Simon Says Stamp release called Mothers Fathers Florals! Tons of inspiration with the new release, and a giveaway at every stop as well!

I have two cards today to share using the brand new Flower Medallion Cling Rubber Stamp Set two different ways with watercolors! This first one I heat embossed in clear on watercolor cardstock, then added a soft rainbow watercolor wash:

Aren't the colors so pretty? I added the "thanks" die cut two times and covered with Glossy Accents, then the "You're the Best!" from the new So Deer Stamp set heat embossed on a strip of black cardstock. 

For the second one I heat embossed in Antique Gold, did bolder colors, and instead of randomly adding the colors, I stuck to the design of the stamped image.

With the bolder colors on this one, I used black for the "Thanks," also die cut twice and covered with Glossy Accents, then stamped the same sentiment in black on a strip of white cardstock.

Don't you love when the same stamp can have two COMPLETELY different looks? It's one of my favorite things to do to stretch my stamps and get more use out of them!
