MFT Getting Sketchy #106 - Birthday Princess

Hello! I am on a bit of a catch up and get ahead mode for some family birthday and anniversary cards I just realized that I needed! I am totally late on my nephews birthday card...even later on my brother-in-laws, but this particular one is for my niece that I remembered in advance! I decided to play along with this weeks MFT Getting Sketchy Challenge #106 for her card - here is what I came up with:
Here is this weeks sketch:

I loved how simple and basic this sketch was! And I actually stuck pretty close with it this time too.
As always - love my Pure Innocence stamps - and this particular one totally reminded me of my niece! So cute!
I used a Spellbinder's Die to cut an oval, then paper pieced her outfit, and finished with Copic markers for her face, hair, feet, and shadow. Inked the edges with some Tim Holtz distress ink in Antique Linen.
My pattern paper is all from Basic Grey's 6x6 Lucille paper pad (which you can find at Shop Pumpkin Spice for a great deal HERE!) - and I tucked a doily and some jute ribbon behind her before attaching with foam adhesive.
Tied the jute twine in a bow and added a Crate Paper button. Finished off with the sentiment in the bottom corner.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hope you are having a wonderful day!
