LID October Release - Day 2 - GIVEAWAY

Hello! We are on Day 2 of the blog hop for the brand new holiday release at Lil' Inker Designs! You should have arrived here from Joy Taylor - if you stopped by here you can refer to the entire blog hop at the bottom so you don't miss a stop or a chance to win the amazing giveaway. I also have links to all the new products I used on today's cards - so much cute Christmas stuff!

My first card today uses some new dies, a new stamp set, and some soft pretty colors!

I started off by cutting the large size Christmas tree using Dual Stitched Christmas Tree Dies, then I cut out the word using Brush Script Christmas Word Dies - I cut it three times from white cardstock, and glued them together for a nice thick sentiment focal point. Once adhered, I also added a layer of Glossy Accents to make it shiny and pretty! You can see it a little in this photo:

I added a soft blue sentiment underneath from 'Tis the Season Stamp set, tucked a doily and some silver thread between layers of pattern paper, and this super soft card is finished!

Next up, one of the most darling sets in this release! I absolutely ADORE that little bear in Rustic Christmas Stamp set!

I stamped the bear and colored with Copics, then stamped all the snowflakes with a fun color combo of inks, then used the coordinating Rustic Christmas Dies to cut them all out.

I used Quilted Stitched Spiral Cover Plate (from a previous release) on the background, and then adhered all the pieces on the card front, as well as the sentiment which was die cut with Merry Christmas Word Die.

Finished off with a few Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!

Your next stop along the blog hop is Karen Baker - head over there next to finish the hop before you go shopping. See you tomorrow with more projects and fun!

And now the really fun part! Laura has upped the prize for this release - one lucky person is going to win THE ENTIRE RELEASE! Winner will be chosen from comments left along the hop - so the more comments you leave, the better your chance of winning!
